They installed 3 awnings for me for over $ 14,000.00 and have left me with one that is doing damage because it was improperly installed and one they took and never brought back. Have been trying to get this resolved since the installation. If they answer, they say they will take care of it but then no show. Won’t respond to the BBB or ROC. Kenny & Kristin Meyers are not standing behind their product nor installation warranties.

I had these guys install an awning in my backyard. They were very reasonably priced, and promised very quick delivery. In fact, they called me to install early. I’d love to give them 5 stars, but I did have a couple of issues. They often went dark on me, not returning calls or answering questions (or even answering their phone!). They installed the post on one day and the awning a week later. But they’d forgot to call me about the installation of the awning, and although we had tentatively scheduled it, they never confirmed — and then they just showed up early in the morning.
Overall, the awning is not 100% what I asked for. It was installed too high and not within the agreed upon specs.
Yet the install crew was great. They worked hard to make things right and apologized for the lack a daisical scheduling mixups. I hear that’s real typical. So if you’re willing to put up with a little sloppy backoffice work, the product is quite good.
So far we love our awning and the shade it provides, and although it’s 9″ higher than expected, we can live with it.
