Our Advanced Auto Service & Tire Centers location at 810 E. Greenway Parkway in Phoenix is a great place to get tires and have your vehicle serviced and repaired. Recently remodeled, the showroom features fresh paint and stylish floor tile. The front service counters are new as are the tire and wheel displays. The customer waiting area, featuring free high-​speed Wifi, is one of the nicest waiting areas in the company. Our Greenway Parkway location provides tires and service for most makes and models… domestic, European, and Asian imports. They have state-​of-​the-​art mounting, balancing, and alignment machines. Their service technicians are ASE certified.

We sell tires in all sizes and in a variety of price ranges. In addition to mounting and balancing, all of our locations also offer two– and four-​wheel alignments to help increase the life and ride of your tires. My car battery died yesterday. I knew it was coming. It had been slow to start… I managed to get it on and drove it around the corner to Advanced Auto.
I had been to an Advanced Auto in Glendale a few weeks ago and had been really happy with their service. Fingers crossed I hoped that the Greenway location would be gold too.
Despite taking it in at two in the afternoon they were able to take it and get it back to me in only two hours!
They were really nice and reasonably priced. I am so happy to have reliable car help!
I didn’t have to sit in the waiting room but I the waiting room looked awesome.

Ron, Tim and all of the service technicians at Advanced Auto Repair are the best auto mechanics I have ever worked with. They are professional, friendly and above all excellent at what they do.
I drive a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan that is modified to accommodate a wheelchair. The modification system of the ramp failed and the closest service facility that works on this type of modification could not «fit» me in for over a week, Ron and his team stepped up.
Even though this is not their area of expertise they figure the problem out and got it fixed.
I have been coming to this service center for over two years, they excel at what they do, while auto repairs are always costly, they try to keep things as inexpensive as they can and will not try to sell you a service you do not need.
You cannot go wrong bringing your vehicle to Ron and Advanced Auto Repair.

Wonderful, honest, and efficient work! Ron is amazing! These guys are able to get you in quickly, have competitive prices, and do great work! I will bring my vehicle here for routine maintenance as well as any issues that may come up with my car!

I had a bad experience at this location, but they made up for it in customer service.
If you have any problems they will do their best to rectify the situation.
The president of the chain contacted me and was very polite and made a great deal of effort trying to reach me through different channels to discuss my issues.
This shows me they DO care about their customers and DO care about loyalty.
Not many places are willing to do that these days, so I honestly appreciate that and will now be coming back sometime in the future when I never thought I would.

I brought my CRAZY Stupid Swedish import in for camshaft/​timing belt stuff. My car has issues, and these guys kept at it – got it fixed — tying up one of their service bays for days. Sorry about that! Truly appreciate the dedication and will continue to bring in our other cars for service/​oil. Thanks much.

Prices are very reasonable-​Jason & Ron on the desk are super personable, appear to genuinely care about me, the customer. They gave me the laundry list of all the things that need attention on my car– I already knew of some. Ron was great with his advice as to which problems needed immediate attention and which can wait a bit. I would definitely recommend to anyone– these guys are by far the best!

They honored an Oil Change discount on their website, no questions asked. No surprise fees or surcharges and was done quickly.
Employees were very nice and «informed» me of some other things that could be replaced soon on my car but didn’t proceed with a high pressure «your car may explode» sales pitch with the additional services.

I drove into Advanced Auto Service with a loud sequel when I ran my air and thought my compressor might be shot. Jason, the manager looked over the car and told me my belts were the cause. They realigned them and the sound was gone. It is nice to experience an honest shop not always trying to upsell you on what you don’t need. Great job guys!

I emailed the store manager, Jason, last week to schedule an oil change and realized today that I hadn’t heard back from him. I called the store to make the appointment and spoke to Kevin who told me that Jason passed away recently. I am truly sad and send my condolences to the entire Advanced family :(

I walked in and asked for an oil change and filter. They fit me in and got me out quickly. They were also very friendly.

They charge 20% more for the same tires and even their warranties if you buy directly from the store. Go online and you’ll save a couple HUNDRED dollars. Literally, it was about $ 25/​extra per tire and $ 5/​extra per warranty.
Also, they didn’t bother to clean the inside of the wheels before sealing on the new tires. We had to constantly pump up the tire until we had time to take it back to the shop to be fixed. Which is when they admitted (and never even apologized) that it was their fault. It also took 3 hours for them to fix it…
Lastly, for all you clueless shoppers, they WILL put on the warranties without ASKING, DESCRIBING, or even MENTIONING it to you. I went to pay the bill and sign the paper, then looked at them and asked, «when were you going to tell me about this extra $ 100 for warranties???»
They had no answer, and just looked at me knowing I just caught them red handed. THAT’S when they decided to tell me about the warranty. Really? So, you charge someone for something, take their money, and THEN try to convince them it’s a good deal?
The guys seemed nice, but I’m also a DIY mechanic and originally went to school to become a mechanic. I know how the business works and all the scams they run to charge people money. This franchise is no different than all the other franchise stores…
RUN from the place unless you don’t care about your money. Which, in that case… please message me, I have some Nigerian investments for you.

The manager, Jason, is amazing. Recently, I brought my old 1973 Corvette in for some needed repair. A specialty shop had just quoted me $ 1500.00. Jason quoted me $ 700.00. He got it repaired in 48 hours and presented me with a bill for $ 660.00.
He under-​promised and over-​delivered. How rare is that?
This is just one of numerous great experiences I have had with my vehicles at this shop.

Bought two new tires for truck since was taking a long trip in a few days.
Found truck had very annoying shake from rear for entire trip so made appt to have checked. Jason advised that the left rear was only ¼ oz out and right .5 oz and by the way your control arm bushing are bad. I watched the truck the whole time in and no one looked at the front end. Well the truck still shook so took it to another shop where they found both rears were out by .5 oz and now drives like it did before. Also had the control arms checked and there is no problem at all.
Goodyear either has a balance machine that needs calibration or they have someone that needs schooling.
I’ll now stay with my local shop thanks !

Was looking for a last minute quick oil change spot. I had called at 4:20 pm and spoke with Michael. He was very polite and let me know that he did have appointments to fulfill before their 6 pm close time, however he would do the best he can to squeeze me in. I stopped by ar 4:30 pm, since they are right across from the street of where I reside. I got checked in and was even able to use a $ 15 off coupon of any oil change. Which was great because my car takes full synthetic.
The waiting area is clean and spacious. They have a tv and the remote is left out in the common area for customers to use at their own leisure. I loved this perk since choosing what I was watching kept me company for the time I was there. My oil change was done in a little over an hour. While checking out, Michael informed me a few issues they found. The explanation was in detail and I asked so many questions. Michael was responsive and very helpful in answering all of my questions. He was polite and very welcoming.
My visit here was a very pleasant experience. And the staff is honest and helpful. I will definitely be back for various services I need for my vehicle.

Trustworthy, Thorough, Quality Work
I’ve been taking my car to Advanced Auto for over 10 years, and they’ve always treated me right. Two weeks ago when I walked in and told Mike I’d made a last minute decision to drive my 1999 Jeep across the desert to San Diego later that day, he asked, «How can I support you with that?» What a perfect response! They fit me in to their morning schedule to change the oil, check tires, belts, hoses and water levels, told me that I was good to go, and gave me a heads up on what I’d need to attend to in the next 6 months or so to keep my car running. Great, great guys and great service!

I found a coupon and headed in. There was easy access from greenway and a clean parking lot. The guys at the front desk were friendly and didn’t try to do a hard upsell. The tv in the waiting room was set to a very family friendly channel so I didn’t have to be awkward with my young soon accompanying me. I would definitely come again. They got the job done in about 30 minutes and did a great job.

Today, my nine month old daughter and I drove to Phoenix for a baby shower. On our way there we got rear ended. While there was no visible damage, my car refused to start again. AAA towed us to Advanced Auto, and it was the best decision of the day. They were kind, courteous and seemed genuinely concerned with my plight. They ran all sorts of tests and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car (which started once they got it off the tow truck). However, they wouldn’t let us leave until they had made sure that we would make it back to Tucson. They were amazing and we made it home without a worry. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The bad news is that I have had to come here three times in the last six months or so! The good news is that I have been well taken care of each time.
Had to replace a tire once and returned twice for separate tire repairs. Each time I was out of there in about an hour and did not get the hard sales pitch on additional products and services.
Usually go to a much closer Firestone for maintenance, but this might be my new go to place for regular service.
