Dawn’s Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training — packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into those skinny jeans, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fit for yourself and your loved ones, this is the program for you.

Business Owner

After struggling with her weight, Dawn was inspired to help other women feel good about themselves and become healthy. She became a nationally certified personal trainer and has trained in Chicago and Arizona for the past several years.

After helping to open and run a couple of fitness studios, Dawn decided she wanted to venture out on her own and open her own fitness business to reach more people at one time. She started Ahwatukee Adventure Boot Camp back in January of 2007 Her goal is to motivate, inspire, encourage, challenge and teach as many people as possible about the benefits of healthy eating and exercise.
