5A specializes in providing a solid ground upon which newly sober alcoholics and addicts can adopt a manner of living conducive to maintaining permanent sobriety. Via our social model transitional living centers, clients develop real solutions for real life in a safe, sober environment. Clients address their alcoholism and addiction on a daily basis. Our program is based entirely on the 12 step program. We do not offer «treatment’ in the traditional sense of the word. We provide the framework and guidance that allows clients to find recovery of their own choice. The end result is a common solution to a common problem that caters to each person’s individual needs.
Meet the Manager
Wendy N.
Manager
Having struggled many years with alcoholism, I came to The Solution and found recovery. I have been employed by 5A since 2006. My goal as Director of this non profit organization is to insure that we will always be available and expand due to the raising number of people affected by this disease and the devastation it creates in our community. We offer our clients the opportunity to turn their lives around and become productive, sober members of society. We are a 501 © 3 non profit, and are self supporting through client fees and donations and are not funded by any outside organization. Please visit our website at www.5a.org.
