History

Established in 1985.

This center started in the mid-1980’s in a strip center at Camelback and Central, owned by Al Wilson. In the late 1990’s this center was purchased by Richard Cardenas and moved to 7^th Ave and Camelback. He sold his ownership to David Brown sometime around 2003 and then Steve Adams purchased the center in 2006 and moved it to its current location at I17 and Northern on the Northeast Corner.

Stephen (Steve) has owned this center since 2006. Steve has been an Alphagraphics owner since 1990 and currently owns 3 AlphaGraphics franchises in the Phoenix metropolitan area. His first center is located in Mesa on Baseline Rd., between Country Club and Extension. His second center is located at Kyrene and Elliot in Tempe. Steve is active in the community and is currently on the board of directors of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce and is a Vice President of the Grand Canyon Council of the BSA.
