Very pleased with his service, Justin came the same day and on time that was scheduled. My washer was broke, he was honest with his diagnosis. He did mention that the repair may only last a short time, knowing this he only charged for the service call of $ 50 and waived my repair fee! Also gave me some input on a new purchase.
Justin is very kind, professional and is just a nice guy! I will definitely use him in the future!

Excellent service! I called Justin with Appliance Logic to evaluate an issue I was having with the drying times on my clothes dryer. On first call Justin was prompt to answer and very accommodating to schedule with. In person, Justin is very professional, friendly and personable. Within ten minutes he diagnosed my issue and presented several suggestions to remedy the cause of the slow drying. Justin did a great job and made me feel good about bringing in a pro to address my appliance issue. Great job and thank you!

Justin was great! I talked to him in the morning, explained what my washer was doing, and he came out that afternoon and in about 30 min, he had my washer fixed. He was very pleasant and really knew what he was doing. His rates are very reasonable. I will only use this company for any problems with my appliances.

Justin responded promptly to the service request, same day diagnosis and below market fee of $ 50 for initial service call (which was applied to final repair cost)
Specifically he was dealing with a 2 & ½ year old Samsung just out of warranty so repair work experience I anticipated would have been minimal. Turned out to a blown thermal fuse, but beware there apparently are 2 in these machines and the second was not as conspicuously engineered.
Note to self, AVOID SAMSUNG appliances!
Otherwise great, friendly, local service!

Had Justin come out to take a look at an ice machine that stopped producing ice. He came in exactly the time frame he expected within mere hours of my initial call. His rates were more than fair and he was able to quickly assess the situation and resolve the problem at minimal cost. Would highly recommend Appliance Logic to friends/​family/​Yelp!

Justin was great! I called him the Monday after Easter weekend. My refrigerator broke he was able to figure out what it was on the phone and able to make it out the same day.
He called when on his way was very polite and neat. It was exactly what he had guessed at was able to fix it on the spot for a good fair price. Will use him for any future appliance repair I might need.

I was in the middle of my Sat. laundry chores when the heating element burned out in my dryer. My previous appliance repair guy had passed away a few years ago so I had no idea who to call. i went on Unilocal and reviewed 2 companies with high marks. One was Appliance Logic so I put in a call at noon on a Friday and got a call back in under 2 min. from Justin. He was at my house at 7:30 am on Mon. and replaced the element. He quoted me an estimate on the phone based on it being an element problem. I was plenty satisfied with his prompt service and knowledge. I plan on him being my new appliance guy from now on.

I have quite a few rentals and have really liked working with Justin. I have used him for appliance repair for 6 months or a year. He comes out and gives me an honest evaluation and pricing. If it is cheaper to buy a new appliance than the repair, he is alway honest and tells me. I have had bad luck with most appliance repair companies (crazy pricing and dishonesty). I never worry about that with Justin.

Justin from Appliance Logic came out to my house this week to repair our dishwasher. A repairman from a different company had been out the day before and was unable to fix it. He was on time (actually early!) and was able to figure out and fix our problem right away. He was very polite and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him!

Highly recommend. Had them out to look at a couple of our Viking appliances before we host a big Thanksgiving dinner next week. Justin was quick, professional and knowledgable. He worked us into his schedule and even gave me a warning call on his way so our barking dogs wouldn’t wake up my napping toddler! He was able to figure out the problem on our range and also fixed our temperamental ice dispenser. His tools were neat and organized; he wore a professional uniform with his name embroidered– I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He also gave me some tips on basic maintenance I should do to keep my appliances working well! We are also having him look at a gas dryer at our rental property as well.

As an apartment complex manager I had been used a previous company for warranty work and would wait and wait and wait. Once the warranty expired I changed companies and couldn’t be happier. Not only am I scheduled quickly, in most situations Justin is able to get the needed parts quickly and I no longer wait weeks for a solution.
I will never use anyone else for our appliance repair needs!
