Went into the store with the intention of upgrading our 2 iPhones, Waited about 10 minutes and the manager came in. We were next in line. The manager started telling us about the plans and then got distracted with helping someone else. He said he was training someone. While we were standing there waiting, I googled Verizon to find a Verizon store close by. There was one pretty close. I said I think we will just go to Verizon and he said, «oh OK». and kept on helping the other person. I have been with AT&T for about 20 years but now am on a new provider… Verizon…they wanted the sale there. If you go to this store… good luck to you… they do not have customer service skills!
