Beltone Hearing Center

I just got off the phone (06-​13-​2016 at aprox 1:30 pm) with the receptionist, the lady i talked with has absolutely no people skills she was overbearing would not let me ask particulars about the promotion that is being advertised by Beltone and when i asked her to shut up for one second she got unhinged and hung up on me. Mind you all i wanted to do was to get information about the T.V. ad thats it she was uninformed said i had to come in and discuss my questions with someone else. My suggestion to the person who is in charge there would be to phone shop his location he just might be surprise why foot traffic at his site might be down. The most important person in this type of business is the person who answers the phone.

This place is a total scam. The ad advertised having free hearing exams and ability to repair hearing aids. Then when you go in they try to scam you into buying $ 4000 plus hearing aids and tell you what junk you already have. If there any questions check your ad in the paper it was in Arizona Republic. Bait and switch these guys are typical bait and switch. The only reason I’m giving them one star is to be able to write a review.
