They belong to the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. They also are listed with P.O.R.A. in Surprise and Sun City West. They specialize in the N. W. area of Phoenix. From Surprise to Central Phoenix, from Anthem to Bethany Home Rd. They’ll clean your screens, remove dirt and spiders off your house by hosing it down, gutters, patios, glass tables, mirrors. They clean it all except for two story houses, they don’t clean windows and carpets in two story houses. They pre-​vacumn and pre-​treat stains on your carpet and deodorize it. Dry time for carpets are 4 to 5 hours for most carpets. They constantly keep repeat customers. They would like to clean for you. When you come back from being gone for months they’ll clean your house, regular or deep cleaning it doesn’t matter.

started way back in 1979 when this husband and wife team began house cleaning for Sun City residences. Over 25 years later, we’ve grown our business to meet all of your home care needs. Over time we grew more and more popular on the west side and we are keeping it a family tradition.

Ann started the business by handing out flyers with her one year old in the stroller in Sun City. Everyone loved to see her and her son. Now the rest is history. They’ve flourished every year since then. Now her son is 28 years old and helps in the business. It’s a family tradition now.
