Don’t buy from this place! Cars are lemons and the service you get after the deal is ridiculous. The check engine light came on in the escalade the day after we purchased it. Needless to say with multiple calls to Dave who is rude and useless and multiple trips to «their mechanic» the car was never fixed. We ended up trading in the car less then a month later and taking a loss just to be done with blueline. Take your business elsewhere and stay away from Dave.

Never ever buy a car from here! I bought a car about a year ago for $ 5,000 altima with 86,000miles on it. I thought i was getting a good deal very low mileage and all the previous reports checked out. Several months ago it started to burn oil which i thought was super odd with how few miles were on it for a 2005. Now cars are super foreign to me im car illiterate, and ive learned nissan is probably the worst and maybe i should have known that better. But i got 2 different opinions through very well known mechanics and they both came up with the same report. It needs $ 7,000 in repairs including a new engine. The report also showed that whomever had worked on it in the past just did a clean up job basically to make the car to run as long as possible without actually fixing it. I understand car dealerships hustle but this is just straight robbed. Now i need to buy another car, i seriously regret ever coming here and suggest people look elsewhere! !!!

Do not purchase from Blue Line Auto Group, went there today to look at two vehicles, one ended up having a salvage title and the sales guy told me the engine was going bad in the other one and not to look at it. Neither of these vehicles were advertised as such and the overall attitude of the sales rep was poor. He was uninterested in assisting me and kept slandering his own dealership… Stay Away!!!

I absolutely love this place. My credit isn’t good by any means but they were the only place to give me a chance. I got a 2002 passat not a new car at all and I expected to have problems but I haven’t had a single one! The own Mark is amazing and the woman in the back, i think he name was Sarah was so sweet to my kids and I. Every time we go in they make sure we are taken care of and treat us as if we are family. I would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a great car at an amazing price. They don’t mess around and drag you along, if you’re approve you’ll know and If you’re not they will try helping you in the best way they possibly can.

We were looking for a cheap and reliable car for our daughter nothing to fancy. The sales staff was helpful enough along with the finance department. The car is still running great 6mths later with no problems. I think this is a small family business and that’s ok with me. I’d rather support a local small business rather than a large corporate one.
It’s been a great little car and would highly recommend them.

Told me I was approved on the phone for a vehicle I was interested in and to come down. I had given them all my finance info online. I Told them before I made the drive I wanted to be sure I was approved. Once I got there, they then began the «approval» process, only to tell me the next day they Couldn’t help me. Case and point? …they lied to get me down there and wasted my time. You don’t tell someone their financing is «secure» when in reality they haven’t secured anything. I called carmax and had an approval and locked in interest rate in 5 minutes.
These guys really need to learn the value of business ethics.

I was in the market for a Mercedes GLK 350 and originally thought I would lease a new vehicle. I went to the Benz dealership on a Saturday and had a terrible time. I was completely surprised how much price haggling the experience was. I ended up driving past Blue Line one day and seeing the car that I liked on their lot. While it was not brand new, it looked the same and was in great condition. I met with the sales people and explained how frustrated I was with Mercedes, and they could not have been any different. They helped me figure out the best price for my budget and had me out the door within a couple of hours. There was no pressure and they seemed very relaxed about the whole process.
I have already suggested them to my friends and will probably buy again.

Got a decent used car with sub prime credit… needed tires and a few small things but hey… it’s used.
Where my bad review starts is with the manager/maybe owner Dave.
If you want to be talked down to and as if you are stupid then by all means go on down and talk to Dave. If you want to be treated with respect then shop around and go elsewhere.
Out salesman Kim was a decent guy but unfortunately he can’t do much without going to Dave who talks over his salesman and his customers.
Dave didn’t stick to promises he committed to in a timely manner but eventually came through. He will tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale but service after the sale is sub prime like my credit.
My girl wanted this car with this deal, if it were up to me we would have gone elsewhere. She saw the light after the sale.
I am in service and understand how to take care of people… Dave does not. I don’t dislike too many people… Dave is on the list.

Car salesman scam. I would never buy a car from this dealership… STAY AWAY. After the high pressure salesman pitch and the promise it was ok to wait for my insurance check they still kept $ 500 of my down payment when the insurance company decided not to total my car after all. I only had the car 2 days and returned the car with 8miles driven after it left the lot. They are a rip off and are only after your money. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

I had a very bad experience with this dealership. They lied about the car and they lied to the BBB when I complained because Blueline wouldn’t help me. They sold me a car with a $ 600 issue and didn’t stand behind the vehicle.
