The word «professional» used several times on their website is certainly not pertaining to Mr. Blais. The last order of business regarding our matter, which was handled incompetently by a Mr. Casey Blais, was to obtain repayment for the real estate crooks he represents. Having a weeks worth time to be prepared for a known deadline, my partner and myself arrived on the date Mr. Blais suggested to retrieve return payment of all monies paid to his clients for the 2 months of our 12month lease to a deathtrap of a home. He’s made false representations, baseless threats, and showed blatant disregard for ethics or Arizona state law. Fortunately, I worked for an attorney and know my rights and am more than capable of reading the Arizona Landlord & Tenant act to protect us from these shady dealings.
Mr. Blais was snarky and overconfident for no apparent reason. Either he does NOT know the laws that govern this great state or he simply chose to disregard them and do whatever benefited his clients most at the moment. This conduct was much of the same retaliatory actions displayed by the 3 landlords that scammed us. Insufferable practices displayed here for such a «professional firm» leaving us well within the parameters outlined by the State Bar of AZ, to validate a bar complaint.
We will be seeking judicial relief for said practices. Shame on the firm for employing this imbecile who puts church members/​football buddies before ethics, and shame on Mr. Blais for validating his clients illegal actions by exuberantly harassing in an attempt to strong-​arm two upstanding citizens with threats, subsequently forcing them into homeless for the sake of money.

My husband had used them for family situations and they are an excellent firm. Very established in downtown Phoenix and wonderful people who work there. Helped resolve many issues and recommendations for this firm is very high.
