C & K Cooling, Heating and Plumbing

I had to call Old Republic for yet another service call on my AC unit. This makes it three times this year. Oh well that is what my home warranty is for. At any rate, the stated that C & K would be coming to take care of me this time around. So I searched and searched to try to find out a little more information about this company and couldn’t find a single thing. It made me nervous as the other two companies at least had a website and this one, not so much.
Well after putting in my request Chris from C & K called me within a few hours and let me know he could come to my house immediately to fix my AC unit. Sounds good to me even though I was still a little leary about them. He arrived on time, I let him know what the problem was and he immediately went to work. In the end the only thing that my AC unit needed was more Freon! Go figure! He did say that he noticed that I had a bunch of new parts in my AC unit which lets me know that one he definitely checked out the unit and two the other two companies really did what they were supposed to do. Kinda nice to know considering that my AC unit is on the roof of my house and it is not like I am going to climb up their and check.
So even though they don’t have a website or any information listed (until now) don’t count them out. Chris was very professional and C & K did a great job.
