The service was a bit slow and the branch manager had to assist with every teller transaction. What’s going on with the training here? I would be a little nervous to go back because the teller next to me was explaining to her customer that she made a mistake on her counting of the money and she put it in the drawer and there was a large discrepancy especially being that the customer allegedly given her $ 5000 cash. She repeatedly told the customer that she made a mistake in counting and that she was going to get her manager to fix it, but naturally, the customer was very uneasy.
