We specialize in all-wood-smoked pit-style barbecue. We load our smoker at 8pm, and let her run all through the night to bring you genuine barbecue.
History
Established in 2011.
We took over an abandoned, graffiti-encrusted fast-food building that had been vacant for the last ten years & turned it into the Circle H Barbecue.

Bill S.
Business Owner
Bill has been wood-smoking barbecue for 15 years, and has been in restaurant operations for the last 23 years. All of our dry rubs, wet rubs, and sauces have been perfected over that time. We make all of our own dressings and sauces from scratch and slice our fries from fresh potatoes before we fry them to order.
