Business Owner

Joseph has been practicing law since 1997. A graduate of Oklahoma City University, School of Law, with honors, he is a member of the Arizona State Bar and the 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals. Joseph also practices before Indian tribal courts. Joseph has concentrated on litigation in Family Law, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury and Probate. Since Joseph started practicing law, he has handled many jury trials in each area of practice. Joseph has also performed work in the United States Supreme Court and in the federal appellate court system in the 10^th Circuit in Denver and the Federal Circuit in Washington D. C
