I was happy with my repair of an ipad. The scree was cracker. I brought it in and it was fixed same day. They were less expensive than others I got quotes from and were friendly.

These guys are fucking jokers worst customer service do not go here wast of money and time

I only wish they had a San Diego branch open. I have purchased and repaired many items and have never been disappointed either with the price I paid or the support I received. I appreciate they are always willing to answer a question on the phone and take time to diagnose the problem the first time.

Had a broken screen on an iPad mini. Came in, professional and fast. But… some problems with the screen. Brought it back, did it again without any issues, 2^nd time a charm. Really appreciated the good customer service and work.

I recently returned from the apple store after the told me they were not able to fix my computer that I had spilled coffee on it leaked through the holes on the bottom. They said my pictures were lost and they could send my entire computer in to have it revamped and then I would have a 90 day warranty and it was going to be over $ 500. This caused me extreme distress because not only was it going to be expensive but my family’s pictures are on that computer. My husband took the computer into Computers &? and within an couple of hours they not only had my pictures back but my «unfixable» computer was now good as new. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them and will always go there myself.

I dropped my iPhone 6 face down on a tile floor, shattered the screen (even with bumper). Still worked but the «spider web» made it tough to see anything. I was heading out of town, and found a place down the street (who will remain unmentioned) that said they had hours of 12 – 5 on Saturday, but the store was closed, as they were out on a call. That’s great for them, but the store should be staffed. I wanted to get this repair out of the way, and back to productivity stat, so I checked for more iPhone repair places nearby on Unilocal.I called this fine establishment, the tech answered the phone immediately, quoted a price, and said they could replace the screen in 20 – 40 minutes. I drove over, and after a quick check-​in, then running some errands, my iPhone was as good as new in 20 minutes at a fair price. I also purchased a glass screen protector from them, which they installed free. Hopefully, will help for future drops. Highly recommended!

I have bought all my computers from them and the service and people are honest and really helpful and Nick is awesome, great person and honest about what he can do, but all the people are good and computers are refurb but they guarentee there work and computers but anytime i had a problem they were more than happy to help and if i needed to upgrade or whatever I needed to so they will work with you. Great company and service.

We brought our slow computer and a broken IPhone 6 screen in to be repaired. They are fantastic! Fixed our computer in half a day and it works like new. We even called with questions about our computer and they took the time to answer them and show us a couple of things.
The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and honest. My iPhone screen was replaced in 15 minutes. I definitely recommend this team. They are the best!

Fantastic and quick repair service for my 3 ipads and iPhone 5. They usually do the repair within one hour. I found their prices to be fair. The parts they use are OEM. You can have work done for less but it will probably be done with lower quality parts at another place.
My volume control cord came unplugged from the inside of the case. They repaired it today at no charge. Thank you Nick!

I can’t speak to the quality of work as I decided not to have my cracked iPhone screen replaced here. I walked in to get a quote and was shocked to hear they wanted $ 129 to replace the screen. That is more than the Apple Store. When I said that’s too much thanks anyway, the young kid at the counter proceeded to negotiate the price down a couple of times until it was 109. Still, Apple themselves will do it for $ 120 which is certainly the best with OM parts and extensive knowledge of the device, so I’m not sure how this place could charge anything over $ 80. In any case– the lesson learned is that you can likely expect a better deal if you push back. I wasn’t looking for that but could see their prices are not firm.

I have never had a worse experience with a store in my life. Apathetic, dishonest, and incompetent.
They erased all programs from our computers, couldn’t figure out what to do, and made one computer worse and ruined internet capability on another. They absolutely
refused to answer any calls or take any responsibility at all. We documented everything, have witnesses, and had to hire an attorney. Unfortunately, it was becoming to costly and I simply had to count my losses which has turned out to be thousands in new computers. It is a very long story, but these people are not to be trusted AT ALL!

My son acquired a used iphone from a family friend. It had some major issues. Took it into Computers & … it was our first time here. We experienced quick friendly service. The prices were great and they have a great resale inventory for amazing prices.

I have taken a number of phones here. I know how to do many of the the repairs myself. They charge great prices and do awesome work! They even helped me piece together two phones from a bag of parts and broken phones. I needed this done so I could early edge the phones. Am sure I will be going back.

Awful service! They charged me $ 160 to replace my galaxy s3 screen with a defective one. Told me they’d have a new one ordered in for me within a couple days. One week later the new screen isn’t in (I only knew this because I had to keep calling and asking them), and then the one they previously installed completely blacked out. I use my phone for my job and now it was completely unusable. Four days later when they said the new screen was finally in (again I was the one calling and asking. They didn’t contact me), I told them my phone would be dropped off around 7 pm. They’re supposed to be open till 8. Low and behold at 7:30 there was no one there. Closed early I guess. Made the drive over there for no reason. Had to make yet another two trips over there. I just got my phone back today. Hopefully this screen will last.
These tech people are supposed to be smart right? Well here’s a clue for you guys if you read this: great customer service is the cornerstone of any business. This is something apparently lost on you. I will never go there again and I have already started telling people how awful your service is. Good luck to you.
