Cove On 44th

This is a horrible community. they never answer the phone or get back to you. paying way too much for value. there are roaches and nats everywhere even if you keep your home clean. Supposed to have new amenities still havent. Supposed to fix stuff a while ago and still unrepaired. Mold in the bathroom. leakage from ac… Just horrible.

This place sucks ass! So many things happened here and they turn a blind eye! Here recently they put up signs in the tenants parking area restricting us from using our spots for «future residents». Today orange stickers were put on the cars for parking there at 4 pm saying they will tow them by tmw if we don’t move. Excuse me, but we all get 2 spots per apartment. They can park in the cul-​de-​sac like the people in the office do. They still have yet to do the fitness center and just recently, everyone has to pay an extra $ 41.00 a month because water is to high. There is no way I use that much in water when there isn’t a washer in the apartment. I feel we are paying for the boiler that went out last month and spilled out tons of water! Not to mention, no one had warm water for 2 days. Don’t live here!
