We recently attended a conference at this sweet church. The people were open and welcoming. It is a wonderful diverse church. It seems that you can be ‘in’ this church as deeply as you desire. Whether to just attend a conference, or to make it your home. Come prepared to be touched by the Spirit of God, for these people are seeking His Presence. We usually attend elsewhere, but will love to come and mingle with Christ’s family here.

I am basing this review not on the church service itself, but the church members that volunteer for the food pantry at the back of the church. Where in the bible does it show that Jesus picked through the GOOD loaves and fishes that were fed to the masses and leave the leftovers, the poor looking loaves and sickly fishes, to the rest of the hungry? My wife and I went to this place today. We JUST got back 10 minutes ago, and we are very unhappy. We, like many other people, fell on a hard month, and we live nearby, so we sought out some help. We found this place online, so we came. Imagine our surprise when we sat and watched the volunteers set aside the best stuff for themselves and watched them take it out to their own cars and leave the rest for the hungry. These are members of the church doing this. I understand members fall on hard times too, but come on! Does is say in the bible that Jesus and his disciples sat in front of beggers and starving children eating their fill of meals and then threw their leftovers to them? No! These people are supposed to be Christ-like, and taking the best of everything for themselves is selfish, not Christ-like. If THIS is the attitude of these people, and these are MEMBERS, and the people in charge ALLOW these members to volunteer for this, I don’t think I would want to go to a church like this. And people wonder why Christianity has a bad rep.
