Creative Movers moved my «Neighbor from Hell» even though they seemed to do a professional job for her, as they were leaving our quite neighborhood all 5 trucks blew their horn all the way down the street. All the neighbors were glad to see this Mean Hoarder go but Creative Movers helped her burn us one last time. Very unprofessional.

I had a specialty situation where I needed to move about 10 boxes from Phoenix to Connecticut.
I called on Sunday morning at 7am, expecting to leave a message and get a call back on Monday.
The phone rang about 4 times and the voicemail picked up and before I could start leaving the message, Jessie was calling me on the other line.
Unfortunately, they don’t yet serve the east coast but he spent 5 minutes with me helping me to understand my options and give me some advice on how to get my situation solved.

I needed to move in a hurry, thankfully I found Creative Moving & Packing on Unilocal to help! With excellent reviews I felt confidant I choose the correct company for my immediate moving needs. The men showed up on time and ready to go! Marcos, Nacho & Martin were very professional and willing to work through the scorching heat to get the job done on time. They listened to my instructions and delivered all items without any complaints or damage to my furniture. We hadn’t hired movers in ten years and then this year in a 4-​month stretch we hired movers on 3 different occasions. Long story. But anyway we used these guys for 2 out of the 3 moves and would have used them for the third time but they weren’t available. We had Marcos and his crew both times. These guys hustled, no time wasted, no smoke breaks, etc. Wrapped everything carefully. And the office was very accommodating. What I liked is you could text them and it was easy to confirm things, shuffle our date here and there, etc. without trying to do the phone tag thing. These guys were great.

All of the 5 star reviews on Unilocal are not lying. Creative Moving & Packing are the best! Mirko, Renee & Darrell completed my move & they were professional, fast & friendly. Moving is never fun but the three of them made the process enjoyable as they clearly enjoy their jobs and enjoy working together. They wrapped my furniture and took apart my desk, bed & futon. They even helped me by storing my larger furniture items. Definitely give Creative Moving a call! I even got a discount for finding them on Unilocal.What more could a Unilocaler ask for?

These movers are fantastic. They helped me move last weekend and were fast and efficient. Arrived on time, moved quickly, and were so nice! We read so many reviews before finally deciding on one and I’m so glad we chose this team. I highly recommend them!

Marcos, Nacho, Martin, Chris, David and Frank were the awesome crew that helped my family of 6 move this past weekend. They were beyond fabulous. They were so nice, professional, efficient… they did not make one mark in either house and they took the stress of moving away. They were nice to our kids, extremely well organized and took excellent care of the 2 truckloads of furniture we had. I did not use this company for a move because my moving date kept changing and other factors, but I can say that they were extremely accommodating, understanding and easy to work with. The good customer service by Jesse alone will make me come back to use them for my next move.

5 stars!!! These guys are awesome. From the first phone call everything was easy and stress free. A big thanks to Jerry, Chris, and Gerome. They were so easy to work with. We had them package and move everything. It’s nice to know people still have high integrity in their work. They took over and made our move so stress free. Fast, efficient, and got all my stuff in two pods job well done. We had Jerry, Chris, Willy, and Gerome pack our belongings in two pods within 4 hours. They came in, introduced themselves, and worked their tail off. They were respectful of certain items, and did an excellent job playing Tetris to fit everything in. Moving definitely sucks, but these guys alleviated a lot of stress and strain. I highly recommend using this company for your moving needs!

I called in a bind and they delivered… Rene, Larry and Cisco all worked very hard and went above my expectations… I have hired other movers in the past and I chose not to re use them for obvious reasons, but this team of workers have earned my business and referrals. Thanks guys

These guys were amazing! They showed up on time, packed up my 2bedroom apt, and moved everything without a single thing breaking or becoming damaged.

I came across this company on Unilocal and I am glad I did! When I made the call they were very professional over phone and got me setup on the spot. After that I had a manager call and confirm everything which was nice. The two guys that helped were awesome and and I’d highly recommend them for a moving crew (Don’t have bill or I’d share their names) Truck was nice and not beat up, they let you do walk through of truck to make sure nothing is left once final move is done too. All in all you’d be crazy not to hire these guys for your next move

Great moving experience: got a quote within a couple hours, Jesse stopped by right away. His estimate was spot on of the actual amount. Very experienced and friendly crew, made sure everything is properly wrapped. Had a lot of fine china, not a single item was damaged thanks to the fantastic job using the right materials.
On-​time, no delays. Had items in air-​conditioned storage until our new place was ready for move in. Same great experience upon delivery.

They have great reviews on Unilocal and I thought it would be as simple as coming back here and give them a 5-​star review after they are done moving my house. But it’s not that simple as there are good and bad. For those who wants to be spared from the details below, I would only recommend this moving company for those who are moving apartment or small homes. If you own a luxury home and want absolutely no structural or drywall damage, you might want to think twice before working this moving company. They will try hard to make it right, but you won’t necessary get the outcome you expected.
Start with the good
Management — Strong and solid management. Jesse is a responsive manager who got back to me every time I called, even during the weekends. We originally signed up for a 3 men crew and ended up getting a 4 men crew. Although 4 men crew didn’t turn out as efficient as it should be (I am going to skip the details on this part before this review gets way too long), Jesse has good intention so I would say this is a manager who is very willing to work with his customers and care about his business. This is probably the main reason why I still give them a 3-​star rating after some of the troubles they put us through.
Movers — They worked hard, and they did try to be careful. They wrapped almost every furniture so this part was done professionally. They understood our concerns and they were very careful about our flooring and stairs. Some damages were done at other areas (see below for details) but not on our floor and stairs.
Scheduling — They showed up on time. This is huge for those who moved before, so nothing more needs to be said.
Pricing — Transparent and clear. I didn’t ask Jesse to give me an estimated quote because I was dealing with a 5 star Unilocal company, so I know they wouldn’t rip me off. And they didn’t.
The bad
Damages — There are drywall damages and paint damages. I personally think paint damages are minor because I can easily re-​paint those areas myself. Note that if you don’t follow those movers, they will NOT let you know if they damage something. They expect you to sign a «check-​up list» stating that you have examined every areas in your house and write down all the damages made. I witnessed one of the movers made an obvious paint scratch, which he knew, but he decided to stay quiet about it. We have several minor scratches in our new house caused by this moving company, and again, this does not bother me, but might bother other home owners.
Drywall damages — 2 drywall damages result from being careless and could have been avoid. Now this does bother me because we had dents on the walls and I can’t just paint it over! I just post the photos so readers can make their own judgement call. The damages were repaired by Creative Moving later on but it was not done by a professional. The one who fixed it doesn’t even follow the basic painting guideline. He was going to just dip his paint brush straight into the original paint bucket without pouring the paint to a separate smaller container. This could contaminate the original paint but fortunately I stopped him and asked him to do the right thing, and he did. Again, you need to watch every one of their workers closely if you decide to work with them.
Clean up — Their clean up work is choppy. For example, the movers left behind two blades in my new house. One of the blades was next to a window, and the other one was on the tile floor corner. Fortunately, we don’t have kids or pets, but for those of you who do have kids and/​or pets, you definitely want to keep an eye on things the movers left behind.
Others issues — I have no problem with movers using our kitchen facet or bathroom, but one of them ended up playing with our R/​O facet in the kitchen with his unwashed hand and that was quiet disturbing. He thought it was funny and were making jokes about it, and I had to ask him twice before he stop messing around with our drinking water facet. I personally found this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional.
Overall, I would take this review to a 1-​star rating just because the blade issue and the R/​O issue, but those movers did work hard and Jesse did arrange the repair fast so I thought it would be fair to give this company a 3-​star.
