Awesome place! Staff is very knowledgable about all types of motorcycles: on and off-​road vehicles! Helped me with my engine over heating in less than 30 minutes and at an amazing price! Definitely the lowest in Phoenix! Highly recommended! Every time I’m in Phoenix, I’m definitely coming here for any work! (I’m from Palm Springs, CA)

I took my bike to get the idle adjusted beyond just turning the throttle adjustment but that’s all that was done, idle was adjusted higher but not any better. I brought my bike to another mechanic and he found a massive vacuum leak — that’s why the idle wasn’t good.
I also had Steve bleed my brakes because the previous mechanic’s bleed didn’t last — I suggested that the brake line may be stretched due to the handlebar risers but I was told that wouldn’t cause air in the line (I doubted this). The brakes started squeeling within days after picking the bike up which they had never done before and the pads were fairly new (3Kmi). Steve told me that it had nothing to do with his service. I had another mechanic work on the bike because the squeeling was driving me nuts. The lines needed to be replaced since they were allowing air in slowly, the squeel is gone because they were bled correctly this time.
I asked Steve to check fluids since he didn’t have much to work on for the $ 70/​hour and I wanted to get my monies worth. My clutch fluid was filthy and he didn’t bother checking it.
The other slap in the face was a modification I had made when I installed a new headlight and it wouldn’t turn on when I turned the key so I tapped into the blinkers — my stupidity not to start the engine because this bike’s headlight only comes on when the engine is running. Steve decided to charge me another hour $ 70 to redo my work instead of just telling me. (I did the work myself — I could take it apart without being charged for it).
So $ 140 for a mechanic to turn the throttle adjustment knob, bleed my brakes and take apart the wiring that I did. I felt ripped off. — I told Steve I felt over charged and like I was paying way too much for so little. He blew me off.
I also had to straighten out my license plate mount because it was bent (and still is) and turned down, guess it got snagged on something — no apology given. I had to fix it myself.

After calling around looking for someone to work on my ’99 Harley, I finally found Cycle Dynamics. Steve was great. The price, turnaround time and quality are excellent! I definitely recommend this place!

My 2005 Yamaha V-​Star 1100 didn’t run well at all. After sitting for many months the gas had turned bad. Some Sea Foam helped but it failed emissions.
I’ve been buy parts like brake pads, filters from Steve for a couple of years, so he was my first call. Steve knew exactly what it was and gave me a price for rebuilding the carb. When I took it in we decided to give it a full service. He adjusted the price and levelled it out with the carb rebuild. Best of all, it was done within a few short days and, they took it in for the emissions test as part of the deal. My bike runs like new again.

Very arrogant, no custom service skill. only wants to use his parts at his price. After listen to him rant and rave for 10 min decided to pick up my parts and drive across town and use a machine shop with less ego and know it all attitude. steve needs to remember the customer has been around the block a few times also.

I brought my bike to Steve after another mechanic had it for about a month and butchered it. Steve told me it would take about two days to fix it and had it to me the very next day! I don’t think my bike ran as well as it does now when it was brand new. Great service!

Steve went the extra mile to make sure my bike was performing to its maximum potential. He explained in detail what they were doing and made suggestions what more I could do without trying to up sale. The parts they installed were top of the line and at a cost less than I could have got them (yes I’ll admit I’m cheap and checked). To take a stock metric engine and get it to crank out an extra 12hp and at the same time stay smooth at cruising speed I believe takes talent more than know-​how. They are my #1 choice for engine work.

I have been bringing my two Harley’s here for the past two years. Service is great, fast and a lot cheaper than the dealers. I highly recommend them.
