Dan’s Window Tint

Dan removed and replaced the very light tint on our 2012 Camry with a darker more Arizona friendly tint. During the install there was a small tear in the vinyl by one of the windows, Dan made some calls and had this small spot (about the size of tic tac, pretty small) repaired for us, you can’t even tell that there was ever a small spot that was repaired. The tint came out looking great and has been very helpful in keeping the car cooler on these 115°+ days. Definitely recommend seeing Dan for your window tinting needs.

We needed all the windows in our home tinted last year as the air conditioners had a hard time keeping the summer temperature down inside. We found Dan on Unilocal and were very happy to learn his service was mobile. He took the time to walk the entire house and give us his recommendations on which windows should be tinted darker than others depending on location and direction. Our appointment was one week later and the temperature differential was obvious and immediate. After such a wonderful job and an extremely reasonable price we were so impressed that we asked Dan to tint our office’s floor to ceiling windows last week. In a couple of hours the difference was again, night and day — we’re cooler and also feel more secure with the black out tint. We highly recommend Dan’s (Magical) WIndow TInt!

I’ve updated my rating to 3 stars due to Dan, the owner, trying to resolve the matter.
Unfortunately we missed out on doing business together because I had to have another company replace my tint so I cannot attest to the actual services but rather the customer service experience.
I am giving them the benefit of the doubt as it did seem like they were super busy so hopefully this is just a fluke – maybe there will be redemption in the future when it comes time to replace the tint on my other windows.

If I can go past a 5/​5, I would give this guy a ¹⁰⁄₅. Tinting was standard price, the work was left clean, and the tinting itself was of high quality. Huge decrease in temperature and keeps the car from getting too hot in this Phoenix inferno. Definitely recommend.

Dan is the absolute best and does an amazing job the first time with your car. I have been a repeat customer for years and don’t forget to the say hi to the dog!

Dan is the man! He is so nice and easy to work with. When I called I had an appointment set for about three days later, no waiting weeks to get something scheduled. Dropped off my 4Runner in the morning and it was ready to go before I got off work that evening. And it looks amazing!!! No streaks, bubbles, nothing… just nice dark windows for an extremely fair price. We will be back with all of our cars in the future!

This was an AWESOME experience and he is so kind. He makes you feel at home and his place is clean :) I went without my husband (which I never do) and he mad me feel comfortable. (Side note: A couple months back my daughter threw up on my back side window, when he noticed the strip was dirty he took it out and washed it off in his yard with no hesitation.) The job takes about 2 hours, we had great conversation and he gave me a cold bottle of water offered me a charger for my cell phone. He has a beautiful HUGE dog named Charlie (which stayed in the inside because I told him I was deathly afraid of animals) the dog did not bark not ONE time and was trained VERY well. This was on my day off and I thought it wouldve ruined my day because I wanted to stay home with my husband but this was an AMAZING experience. We recently purchased a mobile home in a trailer park with tons of windows in our Arizona room in mesa. Dan is very reasonable and does a professional job. He is personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
We are extremely pleased with the windows and now have an open view to the outside without curtains.

I called DAN, to set up an appointment to get my new Tacoma’s windows tinted.
When I arrived at his shop, I was a little early. He didn’t make a big deal out of it. As a matter of fact, he took me right in.
His shop is very modern, and clean. He takes care not to mess your vehicle up inside. He takes his time, and doesn’t care if you watch him work.
Before he started, he was very sure to explain the difference between a «legal tint» and «an illegal tint.» He has mock up window examples to show the different shades.
After I decided on which shade I wanted, Dan went right to work. He finished in about an hour.
When he was done, the job more than lived up to my expectations.

Recently moved into a new house with a ton of windows which we did not want to put blinds on. Found Dan through his high reviews on Unilocal and he did not disappoint. Tint looks great and now we keep our views of Shadow mountain without having to shade them with clunky blinds.

I went to Dan to do a job for my gf Camry. After chatting a few moments, he recommended that I take the car to the dealership for replacement since it should have a lifetime warranty. It is refreshing and money saving to get this advice. It is rare for this info and I would definitely recommend him due to his honesty. Although I didn’t get his service but I felt his honesty won me over.

Found Dan on Unilocal whilst in need of a tinting job. To repeat all of the praises of his other great reviews would be redundant. 100% agreement with them all. A great guy who runs a fabulous tinting business. Had my Mothers Taurus wagon done by him. As well as a removal of tint too dark on my vehicle. He is beyond fair and super professional. Working out of his garage takes nothing away from the professionalism. And it is nice to say hi to his dog, Charlie!
I expect any future tint needs will be done by Dan. Highly recommend his shop.

He uses quality tint (I investigate brands as I have done Clear bra myself and had Ceramic tint in the past!)
He does the work himself, not some part timer out in a parking lot!
