They probably do right by their clients. However this place did an inspection on a house we were selling and, clearly, living in. My complaint is the disrespect the inspectors had for a home my husband and I had worked very hard to keep looking nice and clean. After the inspection we came home to broken blinds (worked perfectly fine that morning!), several blinds in disarray, furniture moved/​disheveled, dirty sinks, tubs, and toilets (that had been cleaned and were spotless that morning!). One of the toilets hadn’t been flushed, the seat was left up, and there was urine spray all over. Like really??? Who treats others’ property like this??? Additionally all the GFIs had been tripped and not pushed back into normal position. I didn’t leave my home like that when I left for work. Out of respect to the property owners, I hope they do a better job cleaning up after themselves in the future.
