It was a small job with which many companies did not want to bother, they didn’t even return our calls. Ed (Desert Hills) called back same day, and did measurements and gave a quote the next day. Installation was done before expected. The sun screens are top quality, look nice and are performing better than expected. I would highly recommend this company for their service and their products. This is our second time using this company. We have block glass windows in our bathroom that were allowing so much heat into our bedroom that the room was 10 – 15 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Ed recommended tint. We were amazed at the difference it made! The temperature in the bedroom is now the same as the rest of the house!!! We could not be happier. Ed and his staff are all about customer service. We contracted with this company at the recommendation of our builder, AJF Custom Homes. We purchased wood shutters, room darkening shades and custom window treatments for our 16′ patio door. Jerry came to our house to help us design everything from style, to fabric, to wood tone, to colors and specific treatments. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We placed a significant order and they were exact and on time with their lead time quote. The installation and installers were also very professional and the quality of their work was excellent! Ed, the owner knew we were anxious as we we were moving into a new house and he called us to let us know they could install a day earlier if we wanted and we took him up on the offer. He called us again after the install to check on our satisfaction with the product and the workmanship! This is a top notch, professional company and we are very happy with the quality workmanship, the installers and the customer service. In fact, We just placed a second order for kitchen window treatments this morning! I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again!

Very happy with everything From Jerry in sales to Matt, and his assistant who installed the blinds. Process was easy, everyone was helpful and professional. I had to delay the install because we were waiting on windows to be installed. They were nice enough to hold the blind install, a delay of several weeks. And, the blinds are great. I found this company online. I spoke with Ed who is the owner. We needed a security door for our bedroom Very perfusion all process. Everything was ready when it was supposed to. The job was so clean. What I also liked was that Ed had called me after the install to make sure I was happy with the job. Nobody does that here, I have hired a lot of contractors over the years. We just now ordered three more doors that will be installed shortly. I would highly recommend this company.
