Went in yesterday to set up an account and Irene was fantastic. You can tell she enjoys her job and that she really cares about her customers. After I deposited my cash she noticed my checks that I didn’t give her to deposit. She asked if I wanted to deposit those as well. I really appreciated her awareness that I was slacking in

I come to this location for shared branching. The service here has always been great and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
I’m also happy they are open on Saturdays!

The process was quick and painless. The guy who talked to me first was abrupt but not rude. He called for a woman named Trinity who was very nice and showed sympathy to my almost week long cold. She didn’t try to up sell anything and was very pleasant.
There wasn’t any frills, I didn’t receive any thorough explanations about where my money was going (there wasn’t any proof that my money went into an account it just kinda disappeared. I went to the ATM and got a statement to prove it was actually in there!) The best part about it was the option for free checking and the option to exempt yourself from overdraft protection which I LOVE.

They’re not exactly a model of kind or friendly customer service.
They rejected me for a checking account. That isn’t a problem, it’s how they treated me after I was told; like «It’s time for you to go».
A modicum of decency would have been nice, not getting shuffled out the door.

I had to reduce the rating of this location DRASTICALLY… here is why. I originally came here 8 months ago for an original car loan and was denied despite the fact I have 3 accounts here. I was told I didn’t have enough «Car Credit History» despite the fact that I have AWESOME credit and have been doing business with these people since 2010. So I tried to be understanding because I was told to come back in 6 months and they would refinance my loan. I decided to wait for 8 months… walked in with my even MORE AWESOME CREDIT SCORE… and 8 ON TIME payments towards my new Jeep Patriot. So after filling out the application… running my credit and even receiving a glowing comment from the manager of this location… I was still DENIED. Reason being is because they wanted to see a year’s worth of payments toward my new Jeep… WHATTTTTTTT? It seems funny to me that I can afford to pay close to 2500 bucks for the first 8 months but I can’t pay about 1200 over the next 4… hmmmm. I even have more money in my 3 accounts combined to just pay the 1200 up front if that truly was the issue.
So needless to say I was extremely disappointed and I will be closing all of my Desert Schools accounts and taking my money to a Credit Union that can ACTUALLY help me. Eat, Drink, and be Merry my Friends!!!
