I can’t begin to explain how thrilled I am with the experience I had at Desert Sound and Security. From the first consultation, Jim Miller did a phenomenal job at listening to what my needs were and recommending a top-​of-​the-​line home automation system that fit my budget. Mr. Millers knowledge and expertise gave me piece of mind and I have been nothing short of amazed at how incredible my new home theater system sounds.
I would highly recommend Desert Sound and Security to anyone who is looking to install a new home automation system, or upgrade their existing components.
Nothing but a pleasant, first class experience from beginning to end.

As if being unable to make the system work wasn’t enough, it appears as if Jim Miller has been changing the programming on my system since we parted ways. Light programs that were actually working no longer work.
I cannot stress how dangerous it would be to use Desert Sound and Security. They are obviously inept as well as unprofessional. Feel free to email me and I’ll give you a first-​hand demonstration of my non-​working system.
