Done Your Way Carpet Cleaning

It wasn’t «done my way». I scheduled him to come 11 – 3 and because I didn’t live there I gave him the code. He quoted $ 227. Before 11 am I noticed I had a missed call. I called him back and he said since I didn’t answer he call my realtor and told her he needed her credit card number. He charged my realtor $ 261. He said it was more area. He wasn’t even done with the cleaning. I never asked him to harass my realtor. He was supposed to call me when done. He’s a looser.

I would not even give this company 1 star. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I work full time and go to school full time so finding extra time is very difficult. I scheduled an appointment for the cleaning to be done between 11−3pm. At 2:40 I call the company asking where the guys were as they had told me they would call 30 mins before my appointment. The lady acted surprised and said she would call and get back to me. She calls me back at 3 stating the guys are on their way. I had assumed that the cleaning job would be done by 3! The guys get here at 3:45 with the biggest attitude, extremely rude, and very unprofessional. I told them I had been waiting all day for them, and the guy responds with «you’re not the only person who wants their carpets cleaned lady. You know what, just find someone else to clean your carpets!» And then storms out of my apartment and slams my door.
First off, I am a female who lives by myself in an apartment. This guy was a large man and was scary and intimated me when he did this. Secondly, that was EXTREMELY unprofessional to storm off and not do the job you were hired to do.
I attempted to call the company again to report what had happened – ignored my phone calls. I left a voicemail requesting them to call me back. But needless to say, I have yet to hear from this AWFUL company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Had a schedule appointment on my day off. When the company did not show up at the designated time, I called for a follow up and talked to the same person I schedule the appointment with his name was Stewart
Steward went back and forth with me demanding that he remembers talking to me and that I scheduled the appointment on a different day, which is impossible first off I wrote it on my calendar and secondly I made that appointment on a day That I didn’t work in the morning. They day Stewart claims I made the appoint was on a day that I work all day.
The customer service was poor for a variety of reasons, first off after moving all my furniture they did not show up and after my follow up call, Stewart wanted to debate with me. I would not recommend this company based on their poor communication skills and lack of attentiveness to the customer.

These guys are top notch! Fast, friendly and highly efficient. We have used both Coit and Stanley Steemer and neither company came close to the quality cleaning that was done by Done Your Way. They removed pet stains, heavy traffic marks on the stairs, and ground in make-​up in the teenagers room. Great service at a very reasonable cost. Thank you for a job well done.

We just bought a house and had the tiles and carpets cleaned because they didn’t look too great. I was glad this company was able to come right out-​on Memorial Day in fact– and took the initial call on a Sunday. The job seems pretty good. The carpets we’re mostly heavily stained and they do look better. I do think this company charges too much for tile cleaning. We paid $ 500 and $ 350 of that was for tile. The reason this isn’t a better rated review is because they advertised a 10% off deal for new customers on Unilocal and when I told this to them they stated they don’t advertise with Unilocal.Oddly enough, now that 10% off isn’t listed on the Unilocal page-​how convenient. I took a screen shot and even emailed the company and they stated it wasn’t happening since they did not register with Unilocal and Unilocal adds any and all businesses to their site. Anyway this is my review and I wouldn’t refer them to anybody.

Use anyone but these folks.
I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company.
At first they seemed very professional but I should have known I had an issue when the owner said my carpet was berber. It’s not berber, it’s shag. I thought he was trying to be funny.
Then I thought he might be a little off as he talked about his «super expensive» machine that «no other carpet company uses» (patently false). He bragged that he makes over a million a year cleaning carpets in the greater Phoenix area. More like swindling. He isn’t cleaning a thing.
Promised he could get stains out. Charged me an extra $ 80.00 for a «deodorizer» that did not work. At first, when he was done, it looked like he may have gotten the job done well. I would encourage anyone having their carpets cleaned to wait to have an opinion until they are DRY.
Once the carpet was dry, it didn’t look like anything had been done at all. These guys charged me $ 300.00 for the quick and dirty — and I absolutely gave them a chance to fix it.
When I called the owner to tell him that he had done a less than satisfactory job, he stated that he couldn’t control pet stains from older dogs. Um. My puppy was six months old and the spots were fresh. He basically told me to pound sand. He had collected his money and didn’t care about what he left behind.
His competitor got them right out — because he knew what he was doing. Then the competitor explained to me what he (Done Your Way) had really done: he had flooded my carpets with water to make them appear clean. This was why it took so long for them to dry. Had I not had them redone, I could have ended up with mold. Not to mention the spots would still be there.
Avoid this fly by night company at all costs. Eventually he’s going to run out of steam in this area. It can’t happen soon enough.

Did a really great job highly recommended. Very low prices and they get back to you fairly quickly.

Found Done Your Way LLC carpet cleaning on Groupon. I checked out their website and Facebook and it showed that they also did tile/​grout cleaning too. I called and made an appointment with Stuart (Manager/​Owner) for the following Tuesday at 9am. He showed up right on time and proceeded to look at my house and gave me an estimate.
My carpet and tiles were just dirty from being a bachelor and having pets. Stuart explained to me what it needed and I asked him to quote me on the tile cleaning and re-​seal. My tiles needed help since I have not professionally cleaned them since the house was new (8 years old). The carpet was also original and had not been cleaned in 3 – 4 years. Stuart gave me a price of $ 150 (5 rooms plus stairs and hallway) for my carpets and $ 350 for the tiles (only .50 cents a foot for cleaning and re-​seal). After a little negotiating He gave me a better deal and I was exited to get the floors cleaned.
Stuart pretreated my carpets and proceeded to clean them. I had a couple of friends along with Stuart help move all the furniture out my rooms (couple of rooms were already empty). Stuart was more then happy to help us move furniture which is awesome… I have a few bad areas and Stuart brought in his RX20 cleaning machine at no extra charge for the heavy soiled areas. All in all my, carpets came out nice and I was satisfied with the results. Stuart even showed me how dirty my floors were when he emptied the cleaning machine. The water was dark and dirty almost like grey mud.
Now here is where the 5 star comes in. My tiles and grout became brown and dirty from years of neglect. I watched Stuart take his time and pretreat the tiles and hand brush the grout to loosen up the dirt. He then used his hi pressure/​high heat cleaner on every inch of my tiles and grout. As soon as he worked his machine over it I can see all the dirt being heated and lifted off the tiles. I was just amazed because it came like new. My grout was actually beige when it was new and how it’s new again. I couldn’t believe how well it came out. I should have done this a long time ago. My floors actually looks new now.
All in all, I felt Stuart took his time, was honest and really took pride in his work. He worked non-​stop for 4 straight hours to get my house clean again. He didn’t charge me extra for a lot of things that other companies would have (pre-​treat, moving furniture, rx20 machine etc). He also took the time to tell me what I needed to use and do to keep them clean. I would recommend Done Your Way LLC to anyone that needs their flooring cleaned at a good price and honest reliable service.
