Dream Nails

Dream nails overall does «okay nails» but their customer service is very horrible. They’re rude and not welcoming at all! They all act like they have stank attitudes, it’s horrible! The guys their are a little more nicer but the ladies are rude. They don’t make convo, they don’t welcome you In and they look at you all crazy. So if you want a «okay nail job» then go head and go but just know your customer service won’t be so great!

Had a gentleman do my nails today. I asked for a full set and told him I wanted something that looked natural and asked what he would recommend. It was like he didn’t even understand what I was asking… all he kept saying was «you want gel or regular?» I asked to see the gel colors and he stood behind me looking over my shoulder with his arms crossed, felt like he was rushing me. I picked a natural color and told him I want rounded tips. There was a picture hanging at the station that showed the different shapes. He made my nails look like the oval shape, not round and when I asked him to fix it, he said ok but they don’t look like the picture. My nails are very uneven even though I saw him compare the lengths. Also my right middle fingernail is NOT even at all, its VERY crooked. I was rushed for time so I let him finish but I won’t be going back… this was not a personable experience whatsoever!
Edited to add… the quality of the nails are not bad. I probably would have had a better experience had I gotten square tips just like everyone else. I’m just disappointed in the lack of communication and inability to file my nails evenly.

They do a pretty good job but don’t use your credit card! I got my nails done a few days ago. I gave her $ 5 in cash for the tip and paid with my credit card. I put $ 0 for tip so much total was $ 26. Hoe funny that I check my acct today and they charged me $ 30, even though my receipt says $ 26.

Tammy is the best tech there and also the owner. They do quick very good gel manicures. I’ve had acrylic done there when it was in, they didn’t do a good job. Pedicures are good. There are a couple tech’s that do a half ass job but mostly ok. Just ask for Tammy. You won’t be disappointed with her. She’s the friendliest too.

Customer service itself is horrible. They don’t even greet you when you go in or thank you when you leave. I go to relax and they just put me in a bad mood. I went in to get acrylic nails and paid about $ 30. The man who did my nails rushed and didn’t do a good job on then. Waste of $ 30, never going again and don’t recommend going.

Decided I’d try this shop to get my nails done for prom. While the men were very nice, all the female workers had attitudes and were rude. Didn’t get the color I wanted or asked for and a few of my nails were put on crooked and I was told it was because my fingers ‘grow like that’ not worth the 50 dollars I paid AT ALL.

Don’t waste time or money! The owner is very rude and does not acknowledge you. She walks around with a stink look with her silicone breast! Don’t go! You’ll be really mad. And the nail service is not the best. Couldn’t even do a basic gel color. He had to file it off and redo it

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Nothing but bad customer service and bad attitude. If you don’t want to do nails for a living, then don’t. Women get their nails done for a spa experience and to treat ourselves; not to be served with a less than pleasant experience. Save your time and money.

Was hesitant to try a new place that I wasn’t familiar with but Dream Nails does not disappoint. They have a huge selection of gel colors to choose from at a decent price. What I like most about this place is the service. They are incredibly patient while waiting for my friends and me to pick our gel color. Not only that but they are helpful in guiding us and suggesting different colors or ideas.

Walked in and the lady told me there was no wait for a pedicure. She set me up with a bubbling foot bath. Never had a chance to start servicing me. A customer came in for waxing. She left to take care of them. Another customer came in for a pedicure. She left to take care of them and stayed with them the entire time. I was told it would be a few minutes until someone would start working with me. I walked up and left.

I can’t comment on the actual services because we ended up walking out after waiting over an hour for a pedicure that was said to be only a 15 minute wait. In the hour we were there, not one person was finished and four people still sat waiting in the chairs to have a nail tech even come over.
Sorry, there are too many other nail places around. We will never come back again.

On the hunt for a go to nail shop. They have tons of gel nail colors and on the swatches they have the brand so if you are picky about that or looking for a specific color it would make it easier to find.
Good solid basic pedi. They have everything clearly listed on what you get. I would go back. Reasonable prices, $ 18 pedi, $ 20 gel mani

Spent 70 dollars and a mediocre pedicure and the WORST set of full nails I’ve ever gotten. Within days they were lifting, and I had to go somewhere else to get a new set. I will NEVER return or refer anyone to your establishment.
