Asked for a quote, advertised on Unilocal they would get back to me withing couple of hours. Never heard from them.

Thanks for the email the day after I requested a quote but I contracted with the first comapny who called me back. Its 2016; everyones customer service game needs to be stepped up — its called instant gratification and the faster you folks and other comapnies in customer service catch on to this notion, the more profitiable youll be. Best of luck Epic I think you folks will be just fine (your other reviews are great), remember you cant please everyone. Thank you again for the follow up.

This was my first time using Epic and I honestly can’t say enough about them. Mike came over right on time, the price he gave me was very reasonable and my tile literally looks like the fist day it was laid down, 23 years ago. I am beyond happy and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

I used them last month. They were prompt, finished up on time and were reasonably priced. They did a good professional tile cleaning (1100 ft). They were also very flexible, when I had to exchange similar sized rooms as I didn’t do the entire home, just the most heavily used areas.
I would recommend them to my friends and will probably use them again.

Had tile and grout cleaning. Couldn’t believe the grout could come out so clean. So prompt, professional, hard-​working and friendly. Even advised me how to take care of tile and what products to use. Highly recommend this company. Very pleased!

We just moved into our home from out of state and used Unilocal to locate a reputable carpet and tile cleaning service. After reading reviews we selected Epic. The team that cleaned our home was professional and courteous. They cheerfully rescheduled tile cleaning due to a delay from the painters. Very happy with quality of work. After all the work was completed the owner called a few days later to follow up and make sure we were happy with the service. Will use Epic again! Great job!

I have now used Epic Carpet and Tile several times to clean my floors in my home. Each experience has been amazing. I’ve used several other companies over the years but none have ever gone out of their way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction like Epic does. First they have always shown up when they scheduled. Each time they have quoted me what the cost would be and never tried to up sell me to do anything additionally once here at my place. Most of the others I’ve used would tell me a different price once in my home but not Epic.
Each time they have come out, they move all the furniture I want them to but leave the items I don’t want moved. They protect the corners of my walls with the coolest things so that the hoses don’t damage or ruin my base boards or the paint.
However, the tile cleaning is the best! You might not realize but if you have kids and dogs like me, they need to be cleaned! Then they went and sealed my grout once they were clean. When you go to have your time and carpets cleaned these guys are the only ones to hire!

I had a disaster on my hands. My son wasn’t able to take good care of his puppy so we took him in for a couple of months to help with his behavior issues, with housebreaking the number one problem. After our success with the puppy, it was now time to clean up all the yellow and brown spots in our carpeting. I knew I was going to give Epic a run for the money but I’ve been using them for ten years now and I had all the confidence in the world that our «deposit» zone would now be stain and odor free. They are my go-​to guys whenever it’s for my typical six-​month cleaning or if disaster hits.

Great experience — just needed my grout sealed since I moved into a brand new home and they didn’t require me to pay for a full cleaning, just a quick mop of the floor before they sealed the grout. The technician was very nice and answered my questions. I received a follow up call asking how the service was and telling me I could call them anytime with any future problems or issues. Very good experience!

I have to say, Epic is an amazing company to work with. They got me in fast and on my crazy schedule. They were professional, courteous and even let me know that they would come back if I wasn’t completely satisfied. My carpets looked so great I felt like they were brand new! The owner, Brett even called to check on us and make sure everything was done perfectly. I have since recommended Epic to my friends and coworkers. I would not hesitate to call them. The reviews really are accurate.

Don’t hesitate to call Epic. They came back at no charge to go over a couple of tough stains. I’m writing this now because I just realized I didn’t leave a review and its time to have them come back out!

We chose this company based on all of the 5-​star Unilocal reviews. We discovered these reviews are deserved. Epic is prompt, efficient, does a good job, and is fairly priced. We had them do all of the carpet and tile (with grout) in a vacant house. Took 3 hrs for a 1500 sq ft property, including carpeted stairs and grout that was quite stained. I will not hesitate to call them again when I want the tile cleaned at my new house.

All I can say is wow. On time, professional tech. Mike was clean cut, very polite and definately new what he was doing. (even moved the furniture) Grout hadn’t been cleaned in over 13 years and I had my doubts on how effective it would be. Looks like new. 800 square feet and the only problem I have (and it isn’t Epics fault) is some repairs had been made at one time and the repairs when grouted were matched to the dirty grout so it is now evident where the repairs were made. Best carpet and tile cleaning company I have ever dealt with and I have been a homeowner for over 35 years. It’s pretty hard to impress me but they succeded in earning all my future business. I would recommend Epic to anyone who asks.

Mike was excellent!!! He did an extremely thorough job on my carpet. Was quick and efficient. Very friendly. I noticed a couple small pieces missed on my loves seat he also cleaned, and he came right back and cleaned it to perfection!!! So fast, so awesome, so using them from here on out. Every aspect of my experience was excellent, from the person who answered the phone and booked my appointment through their follow-​up after the job. The price was more than fair. Way, way below that company that’s spelled the same backwards and forwards (know which one I mean?). We had some normal carpet cleaning needs and then a few real challenges, but Mike took care of them all, and he was very nice and accommodating as well. One part of the job was the carpet in the used motor home we just bought. I planned on replacing the carpet, but thought since we had him there, we’d just see what he could do with it (it was nasty!). Mike did such a great job and cleaned it up so well, we saved the cost of new carpet. I will use them again and again, and I recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Great company and wonderful employees!

First time hiring professionals to clean our carpet. I usually just use the rental at Home Depot but the dogs dinner didn’t agree with them one night and let our carpet have it so I decided to bite the bullet and call in the big guns. They were able to get us in the day after I called and were super friendly and helpful once they arrived. Once finished and the carpet dried, it looked brand new, very soft and fluffy. I’d say it was well worth the extra cost. To keep the price from getting too high I did move most of the furniture the night before. I believe he cleaned about 800 sq ft of carpet in a little over an hour. Even helped my wife round up our dogs when they bolted out the door.
Will definitely be using these guys again.

All around impressed by this company! After we were jerked around by another company earlier in the week I was scrambling to get our carpets cleaned before family came in town so to Unilocal I went. Epic had great reviews so I called in the afternoon and they were there the next morning. My appointment was at 8am and they were there on time, in fact a little early! They walked the area and gave us a quick estimate and it was extremely reasonable. Gabriel started cleaning and he was quick and thorough. The carpets looked great! Epic checked every box and I wouldn’t think twice about recommending them to people. In fact, we are already thinking about having them come back to do some tile work! Looking for great, affordable and prompt work… Give them a call!

We called Epic based on the Unilocal reviews and they were able to fit us in quickly. We needed our new tile rinsed and sealed. Gabriel was on time and very professional. The tile looks great and I couldn’t be more pleased with how the appointment went. I would definitely use them again when it’s time for a cleaning.

Epic is by far the BEST cleaning service I have used. Contacted them on a Sunday night with an urgent request for cleaning of my rental home that was recently listed. They fit me in the very next day ! Kind and courteous … Was the person who set me up … The actual person who performed the work was just the same. Professionals and quick ! My carpet and tile came out great ! The prices are decently distributed for the great service they are providing ! Will use them for all my cleaning needs.

Go with Epic. The names says it all… as cheesy as that sounds, it’s kind of epic because so many grout and carpet cleaning companies totally fail! It’s a truly professional, detail oriented, trustworthy business.
They beat chem dry, sears, stanley… any of them… hands down.

I have had Epic out to my home a few times to tackle my carpet and tile. Every time they leave I feel like I just got my floors replaced! The service is always excellent, I’ve had Mike out a couple times and Gabe out to take care of my stuff. I’m always super comfortable with them in my home and they are always very professional and polite. I can’t thank Brett at Epic enough for his professionalism, quality workmanship and fair prices! Let me start out by saying that I wanted to believe all of the great reviews but I was a little skeptical. They are right! This company is really great.
I called last Saturday to get a rough estimate for grout cleaning for my house. The owner called me back and we discussed the type of tile and the condition of the grout. He told me that the price they charge can vary depending on the condition of the grout but that when the technician arrived they would be able to give me an exact quote.
I called them on Monday to make an appointment and they were able to get me scheduled for Thursday. The day before the appointment the called me to confirm and were very friendly. On the day of the appointment the technician called me 20 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know that he was on his way. He was at our house on time and began to take measurements and assess the condition of the grout. After we agreed with the services he went to work. Unfortunately his machine stopped working about 30 minutes into the cleaning and he said that he would have to bring it back to the shop.
He called me less than an hour later and told me he was on his way. He apologized for the inconvenience, but I know that this stuff happens and it was quickly remedied. He arrived shortly after his call and went straight back to work. I am super impressed at how terrific the tile and grout look now. This is the first time we had the grout professionally cleaned since the house was built in 2001. It looks brand new now!
The price we paid when all was said and done was exactly what we were quoted. No surprises. If you are looking for professional grout cleaning at a reasonable price, you won’t be disappointed.
