Over the course of my career, I have had the pleasure of serving as outside counsel for various Arizona businesses, assisting business owners with the purchase or sale of their businesses, negotiating and drafting multiple business contracts, forming various business entities to meet my clients’ business and personal needs, and helping Arizona business owners with a wide range of other business issues.
I also provide expertise in all aspects of estate planning, including drafting wills, establishing trusts, and creating other estate planning documents as well as assisting individuals and families with probate and trust administration matters encountered after the death of a loved one. Finally, I provide guidance to Arizona families in navigating the court system when a loved one becomes incapacitated and is in need of a guardian or conservator.
