Family Doctors Office Walk-in Center

I was in Phoenix visiting family and was under the weather for a couple of days and decided to stop into this walk in center with my mother in law who also was not feeling well. We asked the receptionist what was the wait time and was told 2 hrs so we asked if we could put our names down and go home fill out the forms given to us and come back in an hour. So we were told that was fine but if our names got called out while gone we would have to wait. We came back an hour later and our names had not been called and we were next on the list so we game the forms to receptionist and sat down. A few minutes later a few new patients walked in and shortly after arrival were called back. We inquired about why we were bypassed 4 times and we were told it was due to those patients having appointment however it was cleared to us that they did not have appointments since they walked in just like us asking how long was the wait to be seen. The two receptionist decided to have a conversation about us while we were still in the waiting area which we found to be rude and disrespectful. Dr. Tran was very nice and apologized for the delay to be seen. However, I recommend making an appointment to be seen since they are proficient as a walk in center.
