Excellent customer service. Beautiful and clean salon and talented nail techs. I would highly recommend. I have never had any issues here at all.

I have been to this salon many, many times and even drive from Indian School and the 51 area to get there– I used to work around the corner and always had great service. Until now– I went into the salon with my mother who was visiting from out of town to get a mani and pedi done on both of us.
The experience in the salon was bad– we waited for nearly 25 minutes to get started, but the weird thing was that there were not many others waiting in line before us or seated in the chairs– they were just socializing and taking time between appointments. odd.
Once seated, they did a fair job on my toes and moved on to my gel manicure– all seemed to be good until now, not a week has gone by and 3 of my gels have popped off! this is not a normal thing for gels to do so quickly. My cuticles are also all jagged and are tearing up wear she buffed too close to my skin, now resulting in crappy looking fingers– I am pissed that my gels are already peeling off– she must have missed a step or something bc this has never happen to me before and I get gels regularly. VERY DISAPOINTED
Also, very odd, but there are NO prices listed anywhere in the salon, they only have them printed on a flyer they hand out on request– after having our nails done both my mother and I, no one came up to us to tell us what we owed. We sat there waiting until finally getting up and walking to the register, no one met us there and we waited until someone came up and randomly assigned a price to our services, without knowing for sure what we had done. I asked for clarification on price and a man that worked there who was close by yelled in a rather loud voice” Do you have a problem with the price?!”… No, I don’t have a problem with the price– I do however have a problem with poor quality service, rude staff, shady customer service and bad nails.
I would not drive 25 minutes to come back to this salon, unless it was to have my gels fixed! $ 100 plus tip down the drain.

If I could give this nail salon a negative star review I would.
I went in to get a pedicure with my daughter — it was her first pedicure and she left crying. Not only did they lie about the wait time, they put my daughter in her chair and ignored her for almost a half hour. She’s almost 4.
When I asked what the status was, the gentlemen who came over was extremely rude and aggressive. After a discussion about the situation and being ignored, he ended up telling us to «just leave», because there were «too many other people» for his techs to help us. His facial expressions and mannerisms were so appalling when he was talking to us. I felt so bad he treated and ruined this experience for my daughter.
Oh, and they serviced two other people while we waited, for nothing. It was the rudest and most unprofessional nail salon experience I have ever had.

honestly the worst service I’ve ever received from any nail salon I’ve ever been to. The owner is beyond disrespectful and told me I need to start going to a new salon because «I always have issues with my nails». Not only is the costumer service horrible but the quality of the nails are seriously horrific I got my full set one week ago and one of my nails just chipped off. very very disappointed with this salon. Would NOT recommend.

They do a really great job, no matter who you get and prices are reasonable.
The one bad thing about this place is the owners son who is always high and smells like cigarettes. He’s always smoking right out front or back and the place starts to smell inside. I’m not sure why she allows him to be there. He just lounges in the pedicure chairs and barely works. Not a good look!

I’ve been going here for a while but today I got a man with dirty nails and hands and he smelled of cigarettes. I was really grossed out! Yuck!

Well, what a bummer. I have been here about half a dozen times and have always been pleased but this most recent visit was not so good. The woman from Russia is great, Tony is great, Mai is great but the person I had today didn’t do the callus buff very well on the pedi, and cut my fingernails far too short. I asked for no clipping or filing during the mani — she said she was just going to shape and then boom she cut the first nail super short so the rest had to be cut down too. It will take forever to grow back to the length they were. I always cut and shape my nails before I go to prevent this situation. She also buffed far too long and deep and hit skin over and over… Owwww! And that deep buffing damages nails so I will have to deal with that for two or three months too.
While I am complaining let me add that I also don’t appreciate the guy constantly going out front and smoking right by where my car was parked… thanks for stinking my car up. They should make him go out back behind the building. So, don’t park right in front by the entrance if you go here. Ask for Tony or Mai and you’ll get good results but I probably won’t go back, there are too many other options in the area. This review has a crabby tone but that’s how I feel after this experience. You can’t go back Bob.

Awesome customer service, really personable staff, super cute salon, great massage chairs, and great pedi-​massage. Definitely going back soon!

I go to see Ling every couple of weeks and he’s the best nail technician I’ve ever had! Since I have to get my nails done for work, he makes sure that everything is the way I like! This place is very clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely recommend it!

This place is average run of the mill pedicure places nothing to make me switch from my regular place. I came here with a girlfriend because my usual place was closed for the holiday. We got there at 10am and it was fairly busy so they must have a good client base. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and got us seated right away. As for the two nail technicians they were not very friendly and did not provide us the whole package we paid for but I probably wouldn’t go back, so not the end of the world. I think for what you get it’s overpriced and the place needs to be kept more clean. They had a really cute little section of pedicure chairs for little ones which I thought was adorable!!! Lots of great color selection more than average place and the décor could be nice overall nothing impressive.

I never leave reviews but felt this one was necessary. Quite possibly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and within less than a week one nail fell off and all were lifting. Within less than two weeks both pointer fingers and both thumbs had to be pulled off because the had lifted so badly! I came back in hopes that they would fix them and do a better job. They gave me another tech who didn’t say more than two words to me and was incredibly unpleasant. He mentioned that my nails should not have lifted that badly and asked if I wanted a full new set (which they would have charged full price for!) and I said no. So he did a «fill» and left the marks from where the previous set had lifted. On top of that, you can see where the tip is on both thumbs (where the white should cover it) and when I told the person at the counter that I was not happy he did nothing to rectify the situation. When I told him I was unhappy with how they looked and how my previous set didn’t even last two weeks he smirked at me and said «how long do you expect them to last, a month?» I have NEVER had gel nails come off within a week! Don’t waste your money here! You’re in Phoenix, there are a thousand other places that would be better! I would give them zero stars if possible.

I got there at 5pm and they close at 6pm, they were super nice and still took me even though they were very busy still! Everyone was very friendly and Tow did my nails! I love doing designs that I find in Pinterest and any place I go to never does it how I want it! She did perfect!!! If you want designs ask for her! She’s amazing! :)

So glad I found this place in my neighborhood. It’s big, clean and super cute inside. Tons of gel colors and decent prices. They take their time and pay attention to detail. Definitely recommend — it’s my new go to nail salon.

Clean, well appointed nail salon. However, after several years as a patron, it’s no longer my favorite nail salon. The gel nail polish never ever stayed on the professed two weeks. After going to an out-​of-​town nail salon, where the service was above par and my gel polish stayed on for almost three weeks, I finally realized that Fancy Nails was no longer my favorite nail salon. There was something wrong with either their application method or the gel polish itself.
Another issue that I always had with Fancy Nails was the fact that the owner’s son was always lounging or sleeping in one of the pedicure chairs. Other employees were either smoking out in front or in back (with the door open so the smoke would drift inside). Nope, it’s no longer my favorite nail salon. However, I do hope they step up their game and clean up the way they do business.

Let me start off with that I am a very picky person when it comes to services like nails and hair. I recently moved into a new place, and first thing on my to do list was to find a nail salon to go to. I always check out Unilocal when I’m in places I’m not familiar with the area. Fancy nails was 3 rd on the list, the first two had horrible review and Fancy nails have a 4 ½ out of 5 starts, I checked all the comments and ratings they had 98% great reviews saying they have gone to them for years and how if they ever moved they would travel to them for their nail needs.
To me being an extremely picky person that meant a lot to me, I thought I would give them a try what is the worst that could happen? Get a bad manicure wouldn’t be the first. I didn’t make an appointment and just walked in I was greeted like I was part of the «family» super friendly and attentive. I got Tony he sits up at the front where the reception desk is. He listened to what I wanted didn’t care that I couldn’t make up my mind on what color I wanted even helped me pick out what I had in a picture. He did an awesome manicure he actually CARES didn’t rush the process at all. He did amazing with my gel manicure and than the next time I went there I went for a full set acrylics and that was done really well too!
None of them talk you into anything you don’t really want and even if you think you want this done they will tell you what is best. I never experienced a nail salon that cared so much about their customers. Tony is super good at remembering names and faces. Little did I know he is the son of the owner. His mom is hilarious and another super nice person. I already told my friend to switch places and her first time as we walked out she said, «I love this place, this is why you come here» and now she won’t go anywhere else either. Sorry for the super long review I could go on forever about this place is just so great! Keep up the good work Fancy Nails and Tony :)

This place is great ! Affordable to maintain your nails, clean, fast and most importantly nails come out amazing ! I went in originally wanting to add tips but she talked me into just getting gels (cheaper) since I have nice nails to begin with … My nails turned out amazing ! Better than when I’ve gone to super fancy expensive places !! I think my techs name was Mai ?? I won’t go anywhere else from now on :)

I love this place, I come here all the time. It’s like an addiction for me to get my nails done. I love my specific nail stylist, but I refuse to give a name cause I don’t want anyone getting booked up. I always get the gel nails and they last a really long time, I’ve even gone an entire month before needing to redo them before. I’m constantly getting compliments on my nails and asked where I get them done, and their color selection is abundant enough that it can please anyone’s color needs.

My favorite nail salon for pedicures :) they have the best nail polish color selection!
