We offer speed and agility training, vertical jump training, power/strength training, speed camps, sports performance training, group fitness, and personal training.

Nate S. and Shane A.
Manager
Nate S.
Nate is from northern California. He played football & ran track in high school. After high school, he attended Boise State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in K-12 Physical Education in 2010. While at Boise State he interned for the strength and conditioning staff. He helped with women’s soccer, softball, and football primarily. After graduating from Boise State he accepted a graduate assistant strength position at Boston College. Nate earned his Masters in Administrative Studies in 2011.
Shane A.
Shane graduated in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science. From 2007 – 2011, he played Wide Receiver for the University of Nevada. His senior year, he played in 8 games (injury), had over 40 catches, and 550 yards. He was part of 4 consecutive bowl teams and co-WAC conference champs in 2010. He attended Nevada’s Pro Day and earned an invite to mini-camp with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After being released by Tampa Bay in 2012, he interned with the Arizona Sta
