This place was dirty on the inside and the wait was long. I should have walked out, but I had an allergic reaction on a Sunday and didn’t feel like a wait in the ER. Here’s the best part: I found out today that they are running an insurance scam with prescriptions. Do not fill them here. They offer them to you and say they are filling on your insurance, when indeed they do not. I had paid my max out of pocket for the year, so my prescriptions would have been free if they had indeed filled them at a pharmacy. They lied to me and I will not be going back. I’ll also be filling a claim with the BBB and doing a charge back.

The receptionist is a sweet dum dum. Their billing is jacked– she couldn’t figure out my copay when it was written on the card. They don’t precertify. Nasty people in lobby waiting for drug tests. Cannot check in online. The guy who swabbed my throat did it incorrectly(I’m a nurse). No parking nearby due to food places packed. Pluses: saw me quickly, about 20 min. The Provider was nice and professional. Clean inside. Wrote a good script for my problem. It’s one of the better urgent cares I’ve been in.

I feel bad holding the office staff and doctors accountable for this«A-OK» review, because I have been here 4 times since I moved in the area and they are always nice, see me quickly, and very friendly with my kids. However, good luck trying to use fastmed’s online bill pay system, I have tried 4 times, unsuccessfully, and get a message that«the patient information wasn’t found» so I must call, wait for the right option, wait on hold, and then make my convenient«online» payment after 10 minutes, which I normally wouldn’t cry about, but it has to be during my workday because they aren’t open any other time. The last straw was me calling on a Friday when work was slow enough for me to take«medical bill payment break» and went through the calling process, the waiting on hold, just to get a voicemail. Do not implement an online payment system if it won’t work.

It took me a few days to calm down enough to give this facility a review. First off, the receptionist was very pleasant and professional. There were four people ahead of me. I waited approximately 20 minutes then another person called me into the back. Again, very professional and friendly. Took B.P. temp. Etc. I asked her if she could please leave the door open since I am very claustrophobic and she did. About 20 minutes into the wait I hear a male voice tell her to close the door. When she did I got up and opened it again. That’s when it turned ugly. George Fuzta, who I found out his name later, started talking to me like I was a child and told me I had to shut the door. I asked who he was and he said he was to Dr. Then I explained that I could not have the door closed for that long of time and he still insisted I did! I guess he didn’t want me to see him as I did sitting at the desk on the computer while patients were waiting for at least 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I decided to leave. I didn’t want to even look at George Fuzta so I proceeded to walk out then out of the mouth of George came(and I quote) «Drive safe!» How unprofessional could you possibly get? I asked for his name and with his arrogant voice he said, «here, let me right it down for you! End result was I gave him my 2 cents worth of what I thought of him and headed out only to see about 20 people in the waiting room. I spoke to the receptionist for a minute regarding the $ 60. charge and she very nicely gave me information on who to call for a refund. The billing dept called and credited my account but I never did hear back from Dr. Michael Dunn, the president and DMO of Fast Med. I really can’t comment on the medical care at this facility since I was never seen but I can comment of the complete disrespect of an employee who claimed to be the Dr.(again later found out that he was a physician assistant). What ever happened to customer care and appreciation? I did tell a few people later that evening about my experience and one told me that they forgot about her since she was in the back room. Then heard someone ask where she was! Another dissatisfied person.

The wait was long because there was quite a few people before me but overall it was great! Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very helpful and clear about everything that was going on.

Great place fast and friendly, the PA Sandra is the best she knows her stuff:) I highly recommend this place for any of your medical needs well accept for muscle skeletal issues you can still come see me:)
