Fayad Autotech

First time customer and I am a customer for life! Recently my Kia started making some noises that were stemming from the drive train. I took it into a local suspension shop that gave me a laundry list of things that «must be done». It included an estimate of nearly 450.00 for the drive train repairs, along with nearly 1800.00 of other things it «needs». I called a friend who drives high end cars, and has been in the auto industry for years, he’s my go to «car guy» and he told me to call Fayad Autotech and speak with the owner. Fayad was very thorough, asked me for the VIN to be sure he was quoting the accurate prices for parts and gave me an estimate of nearly 140.00 less for the drive train and scheduled me to bring the car in immediately. Upon arrival/​drop off, he insisted on doing his own inspection and called me an hour later to tell me me nearly everything on the previous inspection was not 100% necessary, but did advise that I repair the drive train and do my rear brakes. They fixed my car in under a day, as promised and he gave me a GREAT DEAL!!. I pride myself in reading people, their ethics and morale character and I am convinced that these guys care, will stand behind their work and I would recommend them to anyone.
P. S. I am a woman and know very little about cars, mechanical aspects thereof. I’m so glad I got a second opinion and Girls so should YOU! Call Fayad Autotech!

Took my range over here for some suspension problems. ost me thousands yet the problem was not fixed. Took it elsewhere in Scottsdale and problem fixed and my car rides like new. They are good guys but I do not think they are qualified to repair high end vehicles.

I stopped in for an oil change a few weeks back because of the Unilocal reviews. I was not disappointed! Great service at fair prices. The waiting room is very comfortable and the people are hospitable and professional. Highly recommended :)

Great service at a great price, billy is the man. Always around 50 percent less than what dealership charges!

Based on experience last year, I would not recommend. I dropped car off before going out of town and when I returned 3 – 4 days later, it had still not even been looked at. Forced to rent a car. They kept for an additional 2 days just to DIAGNOSE the problem. In the end, they still didn’t identify or repair it, yet I was still charged. Had to take it somewhere else to diagnose & repair. Good guys, but not the most capable mechanics.

Billy has always been awesome to work with and works around our busy schedule. Its important to find a great mechanic when moving to a new city and these guys are it. They have never overcharged me or tried to sell me something I didn’t need.
The guys at Fayad always take great care of us and our cars. We take the problem-​prone Range Rover (POS) there and saved hundreds less than the dealership. Not saying the RR is cured of its demons, but it is running. :) These guys fix everything from a Ford to a $ 150k BMW. They are knowledgeable in just about every car. Give them a shot, they will not disappoint!

My camry’s ac locked up for the final time… Billy quoted me $ 400 less than the Toyota dealership, and stuck true to his word. They have amazing service and were willing to work around my schedule, even offering to give me a ride to work from the shops and pick me after my car was done being serviced.
I will definitely be going back there for any major services. Plus, they have two sweet 80’s Ferraris (a la Christy Brinkley), massage chairs, and a bench press in their waiting room. Something for everyone…

They have the pest services with a good Price, I will never go to any anther place :)
