Ferguson

The main pressure regulator for my house had a leak, I went to Home Depot and bought a gasket and reassemble and just a few days later it started leaking even worse than before! I went to Ferguson to find a solution and they had it!
The staff was very helpful listen to my problem and went through available options, they sold me a $ 6 gasket that I was able to cut to size to fit perfectly. We were on the verge of calling a plumber but with the help of the staff and only $ 6 I was able to fix the problem permanently. Highly recommend them

Go see Ernie! Initially thought I needed a $ 50+ part that would need to be special ordered to repair my bathroom faucet. Ernie sat with me for quite a while trying to troubleshoot my issue. Long story short, spent $ 5 on an in stock part and help me pre assemble it. Went to 4 different places all across town today before i found these guys that were right down the street… Ernie killed it… I have one place for my plumbing needs now

Patrick was great! He helped me identify the manufacturer and fittings for the hardware I needed to update. Being able to do that saved me thousands as my contractor told me I would have to retile if I could not find the exact replacement wall mount fittings.

Helpful staff. Cut my pipes to the length I needed. Didn’t mind me being a plumbing novice and asking a lot of questions.

I have been into this location a few times since I moved to Phoenix. The guys there are very knowledgeable and helpful. However, they are generally expensive and they almost always have to order what you need from California.
For example, I just called them to inquire about purchasing a couple of high-​end Franke drinking-​water filters that we have hooked up to our sinks.
They wanted me to order a dozen, as they don’t sell them individually and they wanted to charge me $ 76.00 bucks each plus tax PLUS shipping!
Now the good folks a few blocks over at Clyde Hardware have them in stock, available by single unit for only $ 57.00 each plus tax.
What I have learned is that sometimes going to the little guys actually pays off. So shop around!
Having said that they are about a specialty plumbing as you can get so if it’s something to do with plumbing, they’ll have it, or if not they can get it for you.
