History

Established in 2006.

Firelight Entertainment was created as the realization of a dream by Nathan Machutta.

Nathan’s passions lay in the art of fire and circus performance. For the last eleven years he has been training extensively with the ever present dream of sharing his art with the world.

Through the course of those eleven years Nathan has developed a network of the most talented and professional entertainers in Arizona and around the world!

Though we started with meager beginnings, Firelight Entertainment has now grown to become one of the largest companies in Arizona focusing on circus arts.

We have done over 520 recorded performances over the last nine years with clients like:

John Deer, The Phoenician, The Arizona Lottery, Honeywell,

and the Scottsdale Princess Resort.

We have performed at venues like:

The Firebird Casino in Reno NV, The Kennedy Center in Washington DC, Knotts Berry Farms in Los Angeles CA, The Basque Nightclub in Hollywood CA, and The Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas.

Nathan A.

Business Owner

Nathan started his journey in movement education at four years old when he was enrolled in martial arts classes, and hasn’t looked back!

He now has extensive training in a number of areas including 9 years of Tae Kwon Do and 2 years of Jiu-​Jitsu and Shaolin Kung Fu. He also has 11 years of skill toy and fire performance training and experience with an impressive list of fire performance tools. His dance background includes 12 years of classical dance training in Modern, Ballet, Jazz, and Hip hop. He is also experienced in Stilt Walking, Aerial Arts, Acro-​Balancing, Juggling, Balloon Twisting, and other circus and exotic skills.

With substantial business training throughout his life along side his physical training, he is the perfect person to provide not just an amazing show, but a pleasant and professional experience for all of his customers!
