Established in 1998, Focus Benefits Group is an independent employee benefits consulting company whose goal is to «bring focus to the confusion of insurance.» Bill Weaver is the Managing Partner, and founder, for Focus Benefits Group. He has been in the insurance industry in Arizona for over 23 years.

Bill Weaver is the Managing Partner, and founder, for Focus Benefits Group. He has lived in Arizona for more than 40 years and has been in insurance in Arizona for over 23 years. His experience includes executive positions with two major insurance companies and many years as a benefits consultant and insurance broker. Bill has the ability to make the concepts of insurance simple and understandable. You will appreciate his candor and depth of knowledge.
