I am not sure these reviews are accurate. Specially after reading that he gives discounts if you put a positive review. I called for a mayor leak and didn’t hear back from him in 2 days. He left a message on my phone and I called right back only to get again voice mail. I left another message and didn’t hear back from him for another 2 days, another message. My husband tried calling him and got a hold of him. He stated he would txt us the time of the appointment. It has been 2 more days and no txt. I called today and he picked up an hung up the phone… Now I go to voice mail. I guess he doesn’t need the job.

I needed a plumber to repair a damaged pipe stat! I called and he was able to get out within about an hour or so which was amazing! His repair was done efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be calling this company again in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Freddy Fox Rooter is professional, offers reasonable prices, very responsive and friendly. I needed a plumber to install some very old, intricate shower valves. This was very sensitive work because the plumbing in my home is old. Freddy was fantastic! He evaluated the situation, explained the work needed and gave me an estimate for the work. Then he took great care to ensure that my old plumbing didn’t break resulting in more problems. I have some new fixtures and a new shut off valve under my kitchen sink.
I would highly recommend Freddy Fox Rooter.

Look no further for the for the best, professional service.
Had a serious issue with a clogged main line in my home. Mr. Fox arrived at my home after a busy day at 8:30pm and worked on the problem until the job was done. Somehow a toy got past the trap in the toilet and was stuck in the main line causing TP to block everything. He took the time to make sure the item was pushed 150′ out to the street. Not an easy task since it was so jammed, and the pipes took many turns. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was more professional then the other large corporate entities that have performed services at my home. Thanks Fred.

I had called Freddy the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I didn’t leave a message because I had assumed they were closed for the holiday. Within an hour I received a call from Freddy saying that he was returning a missed call. Needless to say I was impressed with the service already. Freddy showed up on time later that day. He was very professional. He did the job quickly and cleaned up afterward. I will be using Freddy Fox for all future plumbing needs.

We left a message for Freddy Fox Rooter on a Sunday afternoon about a backed up kitchen sink — hoping someone would call back first thing Monday morning. Freddy returned our call Sunday evening and worked us into his busy schedule early Monday morning. He was on time, fixed our problem in less than an hour and the price includes a 30 day guarantee! We will call them anytime we need a plumber and refer them to friend and family!

My toilet was plugged up and I looked on Unilocal for a plumber near me with a good write up and I found Freddy Fox Rooter. Freddy Fox came to my house and tried to unplug with a snake with no luck and would not leave until he found out that the main line was plugged up over 75 feet from the house so we discussed price and what would be the thing to do and he came over the next day and dugout down to the pipes and we found holes in the main pipes and had to cut it out and change it and he spent all day long and installed with new pipes connected to the old and the price that I had to pay could not be beat. I would highly recommend Freddie fox rooter to all my friends that need a trustworthy and reliable plumber.

I highly recommend Freddy Fox Plumbing! We had a dilemma with our water backing up in our sink and not draining. Freddy worked so hard to resolve this as it seemed like it was impossible. He worked from about 7pm until midnight as he did not want to give up and truly tried to resolve our problem and he did! I’m so glad we called him. He Is such a hard worker and I can guarantee most people would have given up after an hour in with no results but not Freddy! Call him if you need an affordable and friendly plumber!

Mr. Fox was a lifesaver and fantastic. We had an emergency on Mon. 9⁄21 before we left town for the week. He came right over and worked relentlessly for hours to fix the problem. Honestly i’m not sure another company would’ve hung in there to figure out what the problem was or if they did they would’ve charge us an arm & a leg. He was polite & professional and reasonably priced. We plan on getting some repairs done next year and he’s the only person that we’ll trust to do the job.

Quick, reasonably priced, professional, detail-​oriented and straightforward.
Had a minor issue with one of our bathroom faucets with non-​standard fittings. Freddy worked with my schedule and arrived at the appointed time with all the tools. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. No messes — just quick, professional with tremendous attention to detail.

Freddie fox was at my house within 2 hours of me calling them. He spent hours working on a very difficult problem, drove around town twice to get the best part and kept us informed of exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Incredible customer service and extremely helpful.
I called for issues with my tub drain cover and trip lever. He was kind enough to walk me through things over the phone. He specifically told me «it seems pretty easy to do it yourself and I’m trying to save you money so you don’t have to pay me to come out for something you can do yourself» and walked me through my issues and even suggested I get certain pieces for my tub. And he was a cool guy at that. Even though I didn’t get any work done from him, he was more helpful than I would have thought. I’d definitely come to him for any plumbing issues I may face in the future.

I just had a bunch of work done on a rental home I am managing. I discussed the job with several other plumbers before I met Freddy. Freddy provided an estimate within 24 hours of calling. His price was lower than the other quotes I got, and he did an outstanding job. He was neat, and cleaned up after himself. He is polite, and well spoken.
I will keep Freddy on my speed dial. In fact, I also have him on my JohnC app that I give all my clients access to. I am very cautious about who I refer and am happy to be able to have Freddy on my list.

Professional reliable service couldn’t ask for better.
I was putting my house up for sale and found out that they might be scoping the drains so as a preventive measure I called Freddie Fox router to have them come and clean out everything went great and Fox even explain to me how they went about cleaning out drains using his snake. five stars thanks Fox
