Go Towing and Recovery

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They abuse their power, and have towed my car TWO times in 5 days, from my own apartment complex that I am a resident at. They do not have any evidence that my car was not displaying the pass, which it was. They have taken advantage of their contract and illegally towed my car twice, they need to reimburse me. The front desk woman wears pjs and cannot keep a conversation, has no idea what she is doing. They don’t provide any evidence as for why they tow and they have wrongfully towed my car twice.

This is the most unprofessional towing company I have ever dealt with. The front desk clerk wears PJS and has the IQ of a potato. There are penis drawings all over the walls in their lobby. They hold contracts with apartment complexes and illegally tow resident vehicles without providing sufficient evidence to the car owners. They are abusing their power as a tow company and are taking advantage of people. If you live in a complex that has a contract with them, BEWARE.

I called them because they were the first company who showed up on my search for a tow company. Big mistake! Car was broken down on the off ramp off of hwy 51. it was 115 degrees and it took them 2 hrs to get to me. I also had to call 3 times to follow up. The driver was very professional but the office staff whom I dealt with did not even show any concern. They did not live up to what they say in their website of providing immediate timely response. I was also overcharged 5 dollars more than the flat fee I was quoted.
Please don’t make the same mistake.

Living in Tempe, I know the general opinion of Go Towing (or any tow truck company for that matter) is not a pleasant one. HOWEVER, these guys saved my ass tonight and I am legitimately and seriously impressed with their immediate, timely response, professionalism, and compassion. Would definitely use their services again!

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We used them to tow our vehicle when it broke down. They caused significant damage to the vehicle. I followed their steps for filing damage claims and now they won’t return phone calls and won’t talk to me about repairing the vehicle. I sincerely hope that people do not use this company!!!

Got to my truck when tow truck backed behind me says too late thens says $ 80.00 cash no cards accepted which I gave him puts in pocket asked for receipt said didn’t have one then I call and report told they would email me one. More lies watch out for these guys.

These guys are terrific. I highly recommend them if you require any towing services. They have integrity, ethics, and take excellent care of their customers. As long as I am in need of towing services, I will always use them. Thank you for being such an incredible company!

These jerks towed my car when we were eating at the brass rail on 40^th st and Thomas… there were no signs that said «NO RESTURANT PARKING» we have been eating at the brass rail for years and parked there numerous times. the tow truck driver had to have been sitting in the parking lot, because they towed the car 3 minutes after we parked. BULLSHIT! These guys should be out of business!!!

I had to sign up for Unilocal to tell everyone about the worst towing company ever. My motorcycle broke down 3 miles away from home from a long 13 hour work day. I called my insurance company that has roadside assistance. They gave me a text message with ETA of an hour to pick me up. Ok no worries, I’ll just play with my new phone. An hour rolls through and so I call this company and they said their trucks are not equipped to load and unload motorcycles. I said well what do I do now. They said you have to call your insurance company and figure that out for yourself. So I call my insurance company and they were under the impression that I was probably home by now. So this towing company never called me to say hey we can’t pick you up, or hey sorry for your struggles. They didn’t care at all. Luckily the second tow truck came and got me home. I would advise that when stranded and insurance company sends a tow truck your way is to call them immediately to verify that they are going to pick you up.

Fabulously unethical company! Congratulation Go Tow you had zero reviews and you just got your first and it’s a 1-​star. I’d give negative stars if I could help it. This company tows vehicles that are parked LEGALLY. Then they refuse to release them if the owner doesn’t pay.
Out of principle, I will not conduct business with any company that uses Go Tow’s services.
Go Tow uses legal loopholes to extort money out of unknowing bi-​standards. They are committing grand theft auto and getting away with it because the people they victimize are in positions of weakness.
If you want to be extorted then this is the go to company. Otherwise avoid Go Tow like the plague.
