Things turned out pretty great!

Do not use this company the woman that runs the place is rude, unprofessional, and always losing work orders and emails. when you do get a return email its to belittle you. I have never met someone that is so unprofessional and just a snobby person that sh*** don’t stink. its ridiculous and I cant say it enough. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will regret it. it If I could leave a half star rating that is giving them credit that they don’t deserve.

I am a Real Estate agent and colleague at the Chandler Chamber of Commerce recommended Gregory Real Estate to me when I was helping an investor client of mine. Ann Gregory and I met and from that meeting, my initial feelings is that she is sincere about her business, her clients, and the industry. Since that meeting, I have relied on Ann for her professional expertise and have referred clients. She is some one I trust greatly and strives to do what is right.

GREM has been managing 8 apartment units for me for over 6 years and do an outstanding job. They keep my properties leased up, pay me promptly each month and they are very good at keeping the property clean and well maintained. It has been my experience that when a tenant complains on Unilocal there is usually circumstances caused by the tenant and their failure to comply with the management companies high standards. I know that Ann Gregory does her very best to screen potential tenants who will be good renters, but once in a while a «bad egg» slips through. The good tenants in my properties have nothing but kudos for Ann and her company.

That one star is a lie, Unilocal made me do it. Gregory Real Estate and Management, LLC is a zero star organization.
I had concerns about moving into the property managed by this company after my very first conversation with Ann Gregory. During that initial phone call, I picked up on questionable professionalism and a hint of condescension. I let it slide, because we’re human and we’re allowed ‘off’ days. Plus, I do sound a bit like Mickey Mouse on the phone and nobody wants to rent a house to him.
Even though the home was in really bad shape when we viewed it, (the previous tenant had completely trashed the place), the area was beautiful and my boyfriend was instantly sold on the home. From the initial pre-​move in repairs that have yet to be fixed after 5 months, to the additional maintenance orders submitted, every request to this company has been an unnecessarily painful process. Every request to get something fixed or to check in on the status of the project list, requires multiple emails and phone calls. If their «Repairman» actually shows up on the days they schedule him, you can count on him being late. I actually just had the owner, Ann, arrive 28 mins late to a visit that she scheduled. Weeks after my first repair call and our roof still leaks, my belongings have been damaged from the rain and yet she had the audacity to fabricate reasons as to why the roof leak is somehow our fault.
I have never received such poor customer service and cannot stress to you enough how horrible this company has been to my partner and myself. If I had to describe Gregory Real Estate and Management in one word, it would be SLUMLORD.
Save yourself the nightmare and do business with someone else.

We recently move to the Phoenix area and we ended up renting a home that is managed by Gregory Real Estate and Management. Let me say that this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. They don’t return phone calls and it takes weeks and months to get anything fixed. I’ve had to write two letters demanding that work orders be completed in order to get any results. The handyman that they use is unreliable. I didn’t even want to give them a 1 star rating but that’s the lowest that can be given and have your review show up. I do not recommend renting from this company ever and I’m counting down the months until I can move.
