H&R Block

I’m not a Math Wiz or Calculation Queen so I needed to find a tax preparer who knows how to prepare my complicated taxes. The stress of filing for a business as well as my personal taxes can be a challenge. Luckily I stumbled on an office who really cares about their clients. This year was my first year filing at this location. Majority of the tax preparers in this office have over 10 years of experience. It is one thing to do business with a household name but it is another to do business with reliable employees. I am happy to say I am not only pleased with my return but I am pleased with the level of service provided by all of the staff at this location.
I made an appointment over the phone early one morning and was able to get in that evening. H&R Block has late night hours which makes it nice for those who have business lifestyles. The person I spoke to over the phone was very friendly and repeated everything back to me to make sure I fully understood. She also advised me what to bring. For starters I was immediately greeted by a friendly person at the front desk. Asked if I would like some coffee or water. Without having to wait long I was taken back to a desk where the tax preparer did my taxes in less then an hour. She also took my last three year returns to do a second look on them to make sure my taxes were prepared correctly. Come to find out there was an error on last years return and I had more money coming to me. Boy two wins in one visit. I am extremely happy as this tax preparer was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient.
I will be back next year!

H&R Block you did me wrong! I’m still trying to correct errors you made on my 2006 tax returns. Now I have Tio Sam on my ass for money I owe and this pimp wants his cash bad! Even after purchasing your worthless «Piece of Mind» insurance, I’m still left to fend for myself and drop some major coin for the error you made or what I should have rightfully paid 2 years ago. Peace of Mind = Stress of Mind and does not deliver on its promise. H&R you ruined tax season for me. The only thing I’m getting from the IRS is another bill. You make me feel like a fool-​e-​o. Boo for you!
