I suggest everyone come an hour AFTER your «scheduled appointment» seriously. Last time here had to wait an hour to get checked & today I was here for 2 hours before they actually called my name. I’m not sure why they plan appointments so close to each other if they know they take a while!

Called to make sure that my insurance was accepted. After a couple minutes of asking around the office with out putting me on hold, I was informed they do take my insurance. I take the time to fill out all paperwork then when I show up I was rudely told that my insurance is not accepted. In my eyes I believe staff should be sure of information before passing it along to a potential client. Lady at front wasn’t very kind and it seemed that everything she had to do was a problem for her. If you don’t like what you do for a living move on. Staff seemed to not know what was going on.
