I have been confused about the right supplement for me and essentials oils… I went in asking for help and wow! I got the red carpet treatment… I wish I knew the young lady’s name but her cashier # is 7768. A more helpful and knowledgable person I could never have hoped for. She was awesome. She listened attentively, asked some questions and then made some suggestions we explored together… Bingo! Every question and concern handled. I found the right vitamins, got valuable questions answered and entered the world of essential oil therapy! I could not be happier. What a great store and an outstanding employee… They just gained a customer for life! Kudos Hi Health!

This was my first visit to this Hi Health location and I found it great. The two employees were super nice and weren’t salesy. I asked them about the new preworkout and he hooked me up with a sample. Super excited to try it out. Will be back to this location again

I went to Hi-​Health today after speaking with John (the manager) on the phone. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to Shakeology. He took the time to talk to me on the phone, so I went there. He had these other products out for me to look at, he even had me try one. He spent so much time explaining the products to me and he also went on line. I had just come from a different health store and the guy there just showed me where the products were but didn’t really explain anything. We are talking about my health here. That’s when I decided to call Hi-​Health. I am so impressed with John’s customer service I will now be a customer of that store. Thank you John for all your help.

Hi Health vs. GNC? I’d definitely choose Hi Health. There’s not much to say for this particular location except for the customer service. The lady who assisted in my selection was extremely friendly and so patient. She gave me the pros and cons on so many items and I ended up purchasing a few things. Everything I bought worked out perfectly and I have her to thank for that. 5 stars for excellent customer service!

Typical Hi –health, I guess, a little of this and a little of that. The cashier was very helpful, but this location was understaffed, and she was the only saving grace. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and almost walked out. The cashier was too busy to help. Found it at the last second, but the products they carry for colon cleansing were pretty generic.
