We had visited several jewelers in the valley and on the recommendation of our daughter, we visited House of Diamonds. Brent spent quite a bit of time with us on details, selections etc. Honestly they have quite a selection, endless options since they can custom make your perfect piece, all on site. Best prices, top notch diamonds & their customer service is A plus. Quite impressed with our tour by Rick. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring about customer satisfaction. Tops is their atmosphere with aquariums, jelly fish tank, cozy sitting spots where you can relax with a glass of wine. Pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Do not shop anywhere else! When looking for a setting for my engagement ring, I went to about 9 different jewelry stores, and was shocked at the difference in prices! I couldn’t find the ring I wanted in a reasonable prince range, so Brent and Lance offered to create a custom design for me. They spent HOURS with me each day, and went above and beyond to correspond with me from out of town since I no longer live in Phoenix. Besides the fact that they are very down-​to-​earth and honest people, below are the main reasons why House of Diamonds stood out against the competition.
1) When factoring in total carat and gold weight, they had the best prices.
2) They do not charge «setting fees.» Shane Co wanted $ 600+ to take my center diamond and place it in one of their engagement rings.
3) All their customization is in house. This means you can literally watch your ring being created at each step in the process AND you’re not being overcharged to work with a 3^rd party company or having to wait for shipping and returns to New York.
4) They offered to melt my original ring setting into the new one so that I could keep the sentimental value associated with it.
5) They called me every step of the way to keep me updated on the progress.
6) Their team spent hours with me each day helping me decide all the tiny details associated with the customization. (And I was in the store a lot!!)
7) Unlike other jewelry stores, they do not operate off of high pressure sales. Instead, it’s very laid back, welcoming, and straight-​forward.
8) The focus is on making the customer happy– as it should be. When I asked to change part of the ring, Brent’s response was, «I honestly just want you to be happy, so I’ll get started on that right away.» Why can’t all businesses operate like that?
I’ve had such a positive experience here that I would make the drive from Tucson to Phoenix just to do business with them again. Do not be fooled by all the smoke and mirrors at other jewelry stores. These guys are the best in the business!!!

I can’t say enough great things about house of diamonds! My fiancé bought my engagement ring there which may I say is gorgeous in itself! Well it needed resizing and Brent and his team had it done in record time. This place is personal, professional, and their selection of jewelry is stunning. I have doing business with Brent for years. He takes great care of me every time I go in. He never pressures me into buying anything. At the end of the day, he wants his customers to be happy. I have recommended House of Diamonds to many family and friends.

When my fiancé and I started looking for rings, we stopped in a handful of stores to see what was out there with the full intention of buying from his best friend who is a store manager at a very popular jewelry store in town.
When we walked into House of Diamonds, we were quickly greeted by Brent and Lance who quickly asked if we wanted some whiskey and/​or wine.
I like these guys already!
After multiple rings on my finger, they finally put one on that I fell in love with instantly. At that point, I didn’t care to try on anymore rings. As we went about our day, stopping at a few more jewelry stores and finishing at the place we initially intended on buy from, I tried on dozens of rings with no luck. I was getting very moody, finally Dan asked me what was wrong. I told him I didn’t like ANY of the rings, he shook his head and asked me if we’re going back to House of Diamonds. YUP!
So we went back, I don’t think they guys were surprised to see us. This time I took them up on their wine offerings.
We put the ring back on my finger and Lance asked me, «what would you change about this ring» sensing I wasn’t 100% in love. I told him, I’d rather have it as a kite style (it’s a princess cut). he said DONE!
Well that was easy.
He asked what else I would change, I immediately said «price» since 1. it was more than we wanted to pay and 2. my mom always said «it doesn’t hurt to ask». He gave us a number that we were more than happy to pay.
He showed me exactly how my ring was going to look with the kite style and I was just as in love with this ring as I was my soon-​to-​be fiancé.
These guys are amazing. They will work with you to get you exactly what you’ve been dreaming of, even if you initially had totally different plans.
I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and everything they did to make us happy.

Being the typical guy, I knew kind of what my lady wanted, but wasn’t sure of the whole process of getting an engagement ring. Brent really helped me out in choosing the right diamond and talked me through all the settings to choose the best one. I wasn’t in a super rush to propose, but he was able to make the ring in record time. He kept me updated through every step and created a beautiful ring that my she really loved. We’ll certainly be back to have a band made. Great experience all around!

Went to House of Diamond! Lance helped me out, was very nice and helpful when I told him I needed my engagement to be resized. He made that happen within 24 hrs! Thank you! Plus there price was reasonable, paid $ 35 and I was surprised they were able to do rose gold! Just want to thanks them again, turner out perfect and beautiful !

Unbeleivable overall experience here in purchasing my Fiancé’swedding ring.
We had looked at a number of stores, and she decided exactly what she wanted. We went here by random chance, as we drove by, and they told us they make their own jewlery in house, right in the back of the store. They were able to make exactly what my fiancé wanted. They sent her a drawing after we put our deposit down, and it wasnt exactly what she wanted. She called them, they discussed, and sent a new picture that looked great. But, my fiancé was nervous as all hell. Picked the ring up today, it EXCEEDED our wildest expectations.
Two other very important notes here: Price was great, significantly (like 30−40%) less than any other quote for a similar ring at all of the stores (around 10) that we went to. They will negotiate and change some things with you, like adding smaller/​less/​more/​larger diamonds and make you exactly what you want within your budget
Second, its a great place to sit while your fiancé/​gf/​wife shops. Brecause of their flat screen TVs and complimentary and well stocked bar, I was more than happy to hang out here on football saturdays for an hour while my fiancé talked to the jewelersand explained what she wanted.

I was the victim of a robbery and my wedding and engagement rings were stolen. I was fortunate enough to get insurance money for a new ring. With that, I was able to get the RING OF MY DREAMS from House of Diamonds. I am just in awe every time I look at my finger. Brent Taubman, the owner, is so knowledgeable about diamonds and explained the grading as well as the certification to us (unlike any other jeweler ever had). He made sure to listen to my requests and he had amazing ideas about how to make the ring perfect for me. It’s really an exquisite work of art! The store itself is beautifully laid out and has this über cool fish tank with jelly fish in it – it kept my 2 year old entertained for a while :). And even though he was creating this ring from scratch, it was finished in about two weeks. So House of Diamonds has fantastic customer service and incredible products. I will definitely shop there again.

I live in Maui and was referred to Brent by another jeweler which says alot already… I talked to Brent on the phone and via email several times and he was more than helpful and knowledgeable in creating what I wanted for my fiances engagement ring. Even though I live so far away he made me feel more than comfortable and was able to give me CAD drawings of what the ring would look like so that I could get an exact idea as this was quit the splurge and I wanted everything to be more than perfect for the big day… he exceeded my expectations and my finances & the ring is breathtakingly stunning! He will be creating our wedding bands as well — we are both very excited and so happy that we found the perfect jeweler!!! I have already recommended him to friends and highly recommend him to anyone that wants to be as happy as we are with our purchase!!!

House of Diamonds is a great place to go to find a nice gift for the wife or splurge on something for yourself, the décor is amazing, they make you feel extremely comfortable and they will work with you to find what you want and stay within budget. One of the other great things about them is that even if you don’t see something you like in store they can custom make pretty much anything you want. You could bring in a picture of a ring from somewhere else and they can replicate it for you. Also everything is made in their store so they will size you and make it accordingly. I can’t wait to go back and buy something else!
