I HIGHLY recommend Joe. Super helpful. There when you need him. Easy to work with and super friendly.
DISH contracted with him to provide theinstallation for our new DISH service. He was so nice and helpful and left his contact information and said to call if we ever had any issues. THANK GOODNESS he did that. A few months later we had issue an issue with our Joey receiver in our bedroom. Totally lost connection with the Hopper. After almost an hour on the phone with DISH Technical service, being transferred three times, all the way up to a supervisor in India, being told that the problem we were having and the way it was installed was an impossibility. That there was no way we could have had a working Joey for the last few months. WHAT!!! Are they calling us liars!!! Unacceptable. So there solution was, we’re just going to send a tech. That’s when I remembered that Joe put a sticker on the Hopper in case we needed to contact him. Even though it was 9:15 p.m., my husband was so frustrated with DISH tech support, we decided to give him a call. We apologized for calling so late, and he was by no means upset. He got us up and running IN 10 MINUTES!!! Take that DISH Tech support!
I say, if you’re going to have DISH installed or need any other electronic installations, call Joe!!!
