booked them to take a part of 28 or so from a business meeting to dinner. Bus broke down on the way to get us. OK, we get that. they were an hour late and at one point I had to call them to find their ETA. So, points off for that. Then, no offer of discount on the fee. OK, you can do that if you want to but I’d not recommend these folks for the lack of A+++service. emergencies do arise but great companies do the right thing without being asked.

Dirty, run down bus that smelled like vomit. We have used these guys for 9 years but will look elsewhere now. This year we went on a Christmas light tour with friends and family on a route we planned. At the end the driver was upset that he did not get a large enough tip (we figure he received $ 70 – 80) and suggested his boss, James would get upset if we didn’t give him more. In fact, he sat in front of the house blocking my guests from leaving until I would go out and pay him more. Once he saw I was very upset and I educated him on how tips work he left. Not a good experience and unacceptable in front of our guests in what should have been a joyful time.

Man, I am so glad I chose this company for last nights bachelor party! We had close to 12 people in the bus and had the time of our lives. The driver put up with our craziness and was very flexible with pick-​up and drop-​off locations. We weren’t rushed or pressured. I highly recommend Mike as a driver for anyone choosing this company.
My only compliant was that the limo that we chose was in pretty rough condition. It didn’t take away from the overall experience but there were noticeable issues:
— ripped seats
— one of the windows wouldn’t roll down (broken button)
— sound system was loud but not high quality
Honestly though for the money and flexibility none of that matter once we got all the guys in and cracked the bottle open… We had an awesome time!

WHAT A GREAT NIGHT!!! 30 year reunion PARTY BUS!!! We had a total blast driving to and from our destination. Our driver was ultra accommodating and super cool. A fun safe shenanigan filled evening inside the confines of a party bus. What a great way to get a bunch of old friends together and party like it’s 1984!!! We will definitely be calling you again. Thank you!!!

If you don’t mind a dirty bus and the smell of feces In The Scene is the perfect choice for you. I rented the mid sized party bus and after being picked up and washing off the seats we rode to Scottsdale to pick up a 2^nd group of people. We then headed to Glendale to a club. I was supposed to stay as the DD and make sure everyone got home safe but upon arrival I was so nauseous I had to leave my brothers birthday party and let them fend for themselves. My brother, after the ride back to the drop off spot, was cleaning our stuff out of the bus when he noticed that the smell was coming from the bathroom that was covered in feces.
To make maters worse I called the company and told the owner that I only wanted to bring up some concerns. His response was basically how I had NOT done my job in alerting the driver to these issues. He also told me that bathroom is locked with an out of order sign on it, which is a complete LIE. He just wanted to keep telling me what I did wrong. That I didn’t alert the driver, that I left early because I was nauseous from the smell and I was the one who signed for the bus. How I wiped off the dirty seats instead of complaining. We were there to have a good time, not to complain.
He told me he was sorry but I should of voiced these complaints to the driver I told him that I usually don’t complain to the worker I wait and voice my complaint to a manager or owner. On top of the fact I told him I had to leave early before they turned the lights on the bus on and opened the nasty bathroom and found the source of the smell. I had no idea there was feces all over the bathroom until my brother told me on Monday when I saw him next. I told the owner that as a business owner I felt he was handling my call the wrong way in that he just kept telling me how wrong I was but he just kept getting louder and louder to the point where I lost me cool and yelled at him.
Look, I wasn’t asking for a refund, I wasn’t asking for anything but an apology and as a business owner I would want to know these things. He told me he apologized and I told him that telling me what I did wrong didn’t feel like an apology.
I would NEVER use or recommend this company to my worse enemy let alone have hired them for my big brothers birthday party had I know this was the service I would pay around $ 2000 for. (on top of the $ 65 cab far I took to get home because of how sick I got on the bus)

Raul is fabulous. Kids loved him and he complimented the teens as well so that what nice to hear. Kids had fun. Only downfall was stereo/​AUX kept going out and that is most important to teens getting a bus to dance and have fun. They should probably make certain equipment is functioning well prior to event. Otherwise great fun!
