If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. It is simply awful.
I showed up at 11:50 on a Saturday morning thinking that they would be there early to open their store. at 12 (the actual time the store opened) I was still sitting in front of the store waiting for someone to show up. 12:15 comes around and a man come out saying absolutely nothing to me and goes inside.
By the time he got there, at least 4 other people were waiting to have their apple products fixed. I was the first in the line and he made me initial on some forms, and then went to work fixing my phone. After 40 minutes of waiting for my phone to be fixed he finally hands in back to me. upon grabbing it I realized the glass surrounding the home button had been raised and caught on my finger. This was not how my glass was before. I brought it to his attention and he said there was no way to fix it! I paid the 100 cost which was cash only (I did not know this), and walked to my car.
Upon getting into the car I noticed everything about the screen was darker. I could no longer see my phone clearly. I figured whatever be thankful you’ll get used to it. I used it for a couple of hours and then realized the next defect. There were blotches of lighter/​brighter color on various parts of my screen. I am very particular about what I own and this is unacceptable considering I just spent my money on this. an hour later I noted YET ANOTHER defect in this lousy establishments work. The screen he had repaired began to peel entirely off. I could pull the entire screen off with a simple movement.
I then called them that night saying what problems I had faced and said I would be in on Tuesday morning and left them my phone number. Tuesday comes along and I showed up at 2:30 and THEY WERENT OPEN. To say your open at certain times, means to show up on those times! I’m furious at this point because ive dealt with the very dark screen, the screen that’s peeling off, and various light patches on my phone for too many days. I then called and told them I was very disappointed because I was at their store and they were not. I showed up then on Thursday at 1:00. NO ONE. so again I called them explaining my problems and told them I would be in on Saturday (a week later) to get the original problem resolved. I drove the 40 minutes to their store and showed up at 3:30 and again, they were not there.
This to me is ridiculous. You own an establishment and I have notified you of every time I was going to your store and the times I would be there. I left my number and they still have yet to return my call. My phone is still broken and DOES NOT work as it should. It is not showing signs of glitches during calls and overheating.
I do not recommend iphone solutions to anyone looking to repair their malfunctioning apple products. I am greatly disappointed in the work and customer service dished out by Iphone solutions. Of all places to choose, do NOT choose this one.

Super quick, friendly & affordable! Best price in town! I went to Nextech first and even though I called first with all of my phone details, drove 40 minutes to get there, they realized they would have to order a part. Ugh! So iPhone Solution really saved the day! Thanks!

I have had two separate interactions with this business and must say they are AWESOME!!! Although one issue was beyond their control (jail breaking one iPhone 3GS that was corrupted), they were able to save it as an iPod Touch. Their expertise and knowledge was WELL WORTH the money I spent. I recommend this business to all of my friends and pass out their business cards to everyone I know who owns an Apple iPhone!

Just had a blue conversion kit put on my iPhone 4. Looks great. Already had compliments.

Cracked my iPhone screen so badly the touch screen wouldn’t even work! Stopped by the Istore where I was told the parts and labor would be $ 149. After I got done laughing in their face I drove the extra ten minutes to iphone solutions where they sorted my situation out IMMEDIATELY for a great price. Professional, courteous and not trying to rip me off? Couldn’t ask for more. A++

Do not take your phone into these guys. They are con artists and do not stand behind their work. I took an iPhone in to get my battery replaced and received a defectiive battery. I asked them to replace the «new» battery with another one and they refused to replace it. They swore it was the motherboard on the phone and there was nothing they could do for me.
I refused to take their word for it and took my phone to another guy. He replaced the battery and the phone is good as new. These guys also told me I had water damage and my motherboard was damaged from that. The guy I took my phone to for a second opinion showed me I had NO water damage. These guys have no idea what they are doing.

These guys were polite, professional, and really honest about what my phone needed. They weren’t able to fix my phone for what a new one would cost (motherboard was fried,) but they looked at it for only $ 10 and were really honest and up front. They even looked up phones on Craigslist and tried to help me find an affordable new iPhone! Their price for fixing the LCD or whatever else it needed was much more affordable than the apple store. If I EVER have a problem with my phone, I will go to these guys for SURE!
