Jack’s Warehouse

This company has been horrible! I mean awful. They first got my order wrong, shipped a box spring and mattress combination that they stated would work well together, which it ended up being 4 feet tall so my wife nor dogs can get in. I ordered a king size bed that is pictured with storage drawers, the instructions say storage bed, and I have no drawers. Now they are saying its MY fault, and ill have to pay an arm and a leg to buy and ship the drawers. Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Just awful, and yes they ship out of state, but beware, BC when they screw up your order, which they will, its on you to pay to return it, or pay more for what they promised originally.

This is in response to Jack’s Warehouse’s comment on my review:
To accuse me of being a competitor of yours is simply laughable, and what I believe is a poor attempt of deflecting the issue I have with your store, which is your pricing strategy. I could use the same argument and question any 4 – 5 star on Unilocal for Jack’s Warehouse then. I am even attaching my sales receipt of the sofa table I mentioned in my initial review where I paid full retail price from Living Spaces. As a reminder, Living Spaces retails this table for $ 280 and Jack’s Warehouse advertises this EXACT table on sale at $ 480 and as the «lowest internet price,» marked down from $ 616. I doubt you think Living Spaces put me up to this review since they are simply far too big to be considered a competitor of yours. But if I were a local competitor of yours, would I go out and purchase this table from Living Spaces a couple days after my initial review just so I could hang on to the receipt in the event you accused me of being a competitor? I also was not endorsing Living Spaces or the other sites I used to support my review of Jack’s Warehouse, but simply used them to help illustrate my issue with your pricing strategy.
The other comments regarding the time it took me to create «pictures, diagrams, text and circle marks» in addition to my «knowledge and experience of furniture retail» can only being taken as immature sarcasm and another poor attempt to discredit my review. Taking a screen shot of a webpage and using the tools button that comes with the software on your computer to create a circle takes all but five seconds.
As I indicated in my initial review, I have personally visited your store. I had no issues with your sales personnel or the volume of material on your floor. However, I immediately grew suspicious of your price point for almost everything I looked at. I was/​am aware of your price match guarantee. But this is where I have a problem with your store. Jack’s Warehouse GROSSLY marks up most (if not all) its products and then waves its «price match guarantee» card around as both as a sales tactic and a get-​out-​of-​jail free card when called out on their used car sales approach. One can walk into your store and easily pay thousands of dollars more than what they should be paying and never know they just got taken to the cleaners. Your defense to this argument is that it is incumbent upon the customer to do their research in order to take advantage of the price match guarantee. This is completely unethical, especially at the margins you over-​inflate your prices. At these margins, no amount of «customer service» or your return policy can make up for it. Let’s be honest there.
You asked why would I not just take advantage of your price match guarantee and buy the table from Jack’s Warehouse? Why would I possibly want to reward your store for its shady business practices and go through that hassle where I can just get the SAME product for the lowest price from a store that doesn’t pull these scams. I would love to see your response if you walked out of your doctor’s office paying 100% over value for some standard service, but were later told it was your fault since you didn’t price match it — and the office told you their prices are the guaranteed lowest (but only when you price match it).

This place is fantastic! Great selection of furniture to fit any taste and a really good group of people working. Delivery was timely, they had exactly what we wanted, and the return protection program was a big deal for us with a toddler at home. I’d recommend this place to anybody. Stopped in yesterday to check them out since I’ve seen their flyers and website stating that they’re having a moving sale. And, while they do have some nice stuff, their prices are still above other retailers.
A sofa I’ve been eyeing had a tag price of overt $ 500 and the pushy sales associate offered me 10% off. When I didn’t jump at that she then said that they could do 25% off. Little did she know that the same exact sofa is sold at American Furniture Warehouse for $ 360. $ 30 cheaper than Jack’s moving sale price! Needless to say I didn’t buy the sofa.
They’re worth checking out as I know they price match online. But do your research as far as pricing before buying.

Good furniture collection, somewhat reasonable prices and friendly staff.
They function as retailer/​third party of some sort, which means they don’t make the furniture instead they ask the original furniture vendor to make it.
Had an issue with the order, got one piece of the sectional in different color. The apologized, refunded the delivery fee 89 $ and correct the order, but I still have to wait an extra three weeks.
It seems they usually get the order right from the first time, assuming from the way they handled my issue.

Great work guys, Jd was great with helping me pick out everything I wanted. He was super knowledgeable about the products and the look I was going for. The turnaround time was quick and the delivery went flawlessly. Joe in the delivery department was very accommodating when it came to picking out a delivery time that worked around my busy work schedule. The 2 delivery guys were quick and really helpful with staging the items exactly where I wanted them… I will definitely be back again!

Very happy with my experience with jacks and I hate furniture shopping. JD assisted me at the warehouse and was very helpful but not annoying or pushy. I wanted to make sure I got the best deal so I shopped around at other places too. The couch I was interested in I found at ashleys as well for cheaper. When I told JD he was able to match the price. I also purchased a coffee table and dining room table that just seemed like way better quality then other places.
Delivery took about 10 days but went really smoothly. I have a spiral staircase and they were able to get the sectional couch and coffee table up it. Also the delivery was free. Overall I would recommend jacks and I will absolutely be back!

I recently purchased a whole house full of furniture from Jack’s Warehouse. The store is exactly what the name says. It is a warehouse. Once inside the store there are many displays set up of their furniture in groups and settings. The store was comfortable and air conditioned. I worked with a salesman named JD. H e was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the furniture. Before I went to the store I did my shopping on line any Jack’s
. JD was able to show me many of the items that I wanted and it really helped to have some idea ahead of time. It took a couple of hours but we were able to get everything ordered. So I paid for my furniture and went home. Before I got back to, AZ I noticed that everything I bought was now 10 – 15 per cent off because of a Memorial Day sale. I contacted JD and he cheerfully adjusted all the furniture that I bought to give me the sale price. The savings were great but the «no hassle «adjustment was even better. While I was there, I decided that some of the pieces that I bought would not work so well and once again JD gave me credit for what I returned and we applied it some other things that I wanted. The whole process was so easy and stress free. I will make Jack’s Warehouse my first stop the next time I need furniture.
Now let me tell you about the free shipping. Nowadays nobody has free shipping. There is always a catch or a hook in there somewhere, but they not only delivered it for free, they also set everything up and moved it around until I was happy. They called to let me know when to expect them and when they arrived they assembled everything in my garage so, there would be no mess inside the house. It took them the better part of three hours and the temp was 110* that day. A couple of small items were missing but they returned early the next day and once again they set it up the way that I wanted.
This was a very good and positive furniture shopping experience and I am very pleased with the service I got from Jack’s

I just moved and purchased an awesome white leather sectional and queen size mattress from Jack’s Warehouse! The Warehouse itself was cool, clean and very nice. We didn’t see what we wanted on the warehouse floor but were able to shop their online catalog in store on the very large computer screen. We found what we wanted and financing was a breeze! Jill was extremely helpful professional and very amazing helping us with financing, ensuring the couch was the correct dimensions to fit our new loft perfectly. The furniture was ordered promptly from the manufacturer and arrived within 5 days as promised. The delivery department had an immediate opening in their schedule and promised delivery between 11am and 1pm with a call ahead of time. They called 30 minutes before delivery and I was able to leave work and get home to meet them to deliver the furniture. The delivery team was amazing, fast, friendly and unwrapped all my furniture and took the trash away with them when they left. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly and courteous and I felt safe with them alone in my home. They even placed the furniture where I wanted it!
Just when you thought all that great service might end, I noticed that the sectional I purchased look slightly different then the one in the photo. Come to find out that the sectional photo showed the sectional with an optional armless chair that was supposed to be a separate purchase from the manufacturer. Neither we nor Jack’s was aware of that. So what did they do? As a courtesy for the confusion WHICH WAS NOT THEIR FAULT, they went ahead and purchased the extra piece for us and gave it to us at no additional charge! Now that is what I call EXTREMELY GREAT SERVICE! WE still have more furniture to purchase and I will be sure Im going back to Jacks Warehouse each and every time!

First impressions this place was amazing, great quality and great prices.
We got a buffet and a file cabinet and we’re excited that they could deliver for a great price. When scheduling delivery, the sales associate assured us that they would call us and arrange a time. We felt a bit left in the dark, but later it was explained that many items were shipped from LA.
Our items were delivered in boxes. The filing cabinet we have to put together, while the buffet was mostly constructed.
We unboxed the buffet and the door was broken off and their was a chunk missing in the shelved alcove. Other than that it was a beautiful piece.
We took pictures, and I filled out the online return form and also called and left a message. A day passed and I had to call them regarding return/​replacement. They assured me that their guy would call us to deliver a new one.
The manager called me personally to let me know they were taking every precaution with the delivery of the new one. That really spoke volumes-​companies just don’t do that. Jacks warehouse treats their customers like people, which wasn’t something I expected from a furniture company. We got the new one in prefect condition and love our new pieces.

One of my favorite companies to go to for furniture! The warehouse has a contemporary feel that’s very inviting and makes it feel very welcoming. The furniture pieces are unique and there is something for almost every style of interior and exterior furniture. The staff was so helpful and even sat down with me for an extra half an hour and helped me order a piece out of one of the catalogs. I have recommended this company to many of my friends and family! You will not be disappointed!

Sales associate was nice but I must be missing something. This place was so small, took us less than 3 min to walk the entire store. If you’re happy with ordering things online then I think this is the place for you. They have a huge online selection. Personally, I like to sit on furniture and try it out before I buy.

I placed my 3^rd order with Jack’s today. I love this place, they have a great selection! I bought my sofa and love seat from Jack’s about six months ago. The leg on my sofa broke, which unfortunately caused the the whole frame to break. Joe in the warehouse made the replacement process super easy. I took a couple pictures and they delivered a brand new replacement sofa in a couple of weeks. (It only took that long because I ordered other furniture that was back-​ordered). JD in the sales department has been super helpful, despite the fact that I changed my order like four times, lol. They will definitely see me again :)

I walked into this business not at all knowing what to expect, and I’m glad I went in with an open mind because in the end I could not be happier.
By warehouse, they mean it: large showroom in a warehouse. Don’t let that scare you off. They are an internet based company and predominantly use that showroom to sell off their older pieces. I went in expecting to only buy these clearance type items, but once I started working with Cindy and finding regular priced items that fit my style and price point, we worked on creating an order, and in the end everything I purchased was ordered online and would be shipped to me. Could I have done this at home? Of course, but it was nice to have someone to walk me through the process. Cindy was able to understand my needs and help direct me towards different options that would fit what I wanted. We hopped from the showroom to the catalogs to the internet and in the end were able to piece together a great purchase.
The order was placed on a Saturday and it is being delivered the next Wednesday. Not bad turn around. I even received a call from someone in their warehouse to explain to me that several items did not pass their quality check, so they would be reordering them for me and delivering them as soon as possible. I appreciate that level of attention to detail. I don’t mind waiting a little extra if that means I get new items that match my quality expectations.
So check out their website and stop in to visit Cindy and JD. I could not more highly recommend this experience.

I would not recommend doing business with this company. I recently purchased a leather sofa and ottoman for $ 1300. I purchased it off the showroom floor and had it delivered to my condo. It appeared to be in good shape, however when I sat on the ottoman it seemed to have a broken support inside. The ottoman sags when sitting on it. I called Jacks to inform them of the broken furniture they delivered and was told that all sales are final and there is no warranty. Nice way to do business.
I will never purchase anything from Jacks again.
