History
Established in 1982.
A Graduate of Wichita State University, upon completing his dental degree at Creighton University Dental School in 1979, Dr. Falk traveled to Arizona, where he immediately began to practice dentistry. Shortly afterward, he met his lovely wife, Mikki, and was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Madison.
