Jiffy Lube

The manager was an idiot. He just took my keys, started pulling out filters and checking all kinds of fluids before I even agreed to the service. Then tried to sell me on extended mileage because he told me my car had over 100,000 when really it only has 60,000. He was reading it in kmh, but was 100% trying to convince me that I had 107,000 miles on my car, asking asshole questions like «this is your car isn’t it». Then since they already drained my oil I had to pay 45 $ for a shit oil change. Will never go back and will make sure I contact someone higher up in the company, that was not acceptable.

Why why why did I come back here after it taking over 1:30 for a simple oil change last time? Well it’s close to my house and really out of desperation I felt like I had no choice but to return. This time I was told might be an hour and I was like ok. I’ll just go get breakfast and then come back. MY CAR IS STILL NOT READY. This is THE last time I EVER COME BACK HERE. EVER. Why do they call it jiffy lube? Terrible. Terrible. TERRIBLE.

Read the reviews for this location, and thought I’d try them out anyway. Being as the general public can be fickle especially when dealing with the personalities of automotive technicians and chefs. However, the negative reviews held true. I pulled up to an open bay, and headed into the office/​waiting area. The technicians outside as well as the manager said nothing to me, nor looked my direction. I thought nothing of it on the way in, a customer was being serviced, and the manager was addressing her. I stood at the front counter for 15 minutes before heading back to my truck. I locked eyes with a technician and said, «hello». He just looked away and walked off. Thought to myself, ok, I’m out of here then. They didn’t look my direction nor address me when I got back into my truck and turned around to leave. I went up the road to Valvoline Express and got a pleasant night and day difference from this place. I reviewed them as well.

This franchise group can care less about their customers. I had a problem they contacted me quickly, went to look at my vehicle then never responded to my questions again. I have never been treated so poorly by any establishment and this franshise group had the worst customer service ever. I read their BBB complaints and they denied every single one, just like mine. I recommend going to brakes lus or any other company, they are very nice, kind and half the cost of Jiffy Lube.

This place was right off the freeway on my way to Tucson. I loved that it wasn’t busy at all and I was able to get in and out. The guys working here were friendly and didn’t try to up-​sell me at all.

Went in for a routine service, located on Warner Road in Phoenix, AZ, they checked my oil and cabin air filter (in the glovebox). Then, lo and behold twenty minutes later when I was leaving I went for my GPS (in the glovebox) and saw it was missing, as well as all my GPS accessories, and my iPhone power cord. I approached the manager to discuss the issue and he claimed they were not responsible for any missing goods in the car and refused to question his service techs about it. I had just used my GPS to find this Jiffy Lube, so I know it was in the car prior to service. Thus I had no recourse but to contact headquarters at 480−367−1177 and file a complaint against the store manager at Jiffy Lube#1668.

I come here religiously to get the oil changed in my bosses Cadillac. At this point, I know more about that car than anyone else in the world. I know how many miles it’s at and how many more miles to go until it needs the oil changed, the tires rotated, the fuel system cleaned and when it needs a new air filter — it’s sure as hell not every single time I bring it in! It never fails though that they pull out that perfectly white air filter and tell me I need a new one. I use to quip back «it’s recommend that the filter be changed every 15,000 miles, it’s only been 4,500.» I’m past that point, now I just give them the «I take no bullshit» look and they say «you know on second thought, it doesn’t need to be replaced.» I’m sick of these guys but my boss insists I go here and he always gets what he wants.

4. young man from nebraska tries to upsell me over 600 $ in stuff… i think overkill! he was not in a pleasent mood once my guy friend walked over– he didnt make eye contact or even smile
5. 15 mins. still waiting… young man came in said it’s going to take longer because whoever changes my oil is doing it wrong.
6.37dollars for an oil change when i coulda driven a lil further and been happier! I will never go back customer service is huge!

Well what can I say, It’s a dirty job but somebodys gotta do it!
And Jiffy knows how to Lube me the right way~
Aside from the desperate up-​selling they do every time I go in,(would you like a new air filter, wiper blades, tire rotation etc.) it really is quick and convenient. Their waiting room is pretty grungy though so thank goodness I don’t have to stay long.
Along with the oil change they also top off all the fluids and put air in my tires, But what I really like is that they vacuum my floors and clean my windshield as part of the service and that bumps them up to 4 stars!
